Ty claimed to have called them once to ask if they were renting boat slips again. My parents never received this call or message. My parents have been renting the slips for 30 years, and they gave no sign of not renting again this year. They went to their slips this past week to find that they had been rented to someone else. They screwed them over and gave the slips to someone else without notice, after 30 years. Our family has grown up launching our wave runners from this port, buying gas and products from their stores, eating and hosting parties at the restaurants on site. My parents have been generous with tipping, as well. This type of treatment from a business is abhorrent considering the loyalty my family has had to it. I would highly recommend AGAINST giving Port Barrington Motorsports any business as they have proven horrible customer service and absolutely no respect for loyal customers for decades.
