When I provided a schedule, they let me know that the time table wouldn't quite work because a bus takes longer to travel to/from than a passenger car. I was very appreciative of this attention to detail to ensure everything went smoothly for our event! The driver was on time the entire night. I thought their price was very fair. The whole setting is peaceful, beautiful, and just feels like an escape. There's something really special about being able to unplug a little, cook over the fire, explore the area, and then come back to a warm, comfortable yurt at the end of the day. The yurt and campsite provide a super fun glamping-style experience. From the moment you walk in, there's a cozy living room with games, books, and drinks (Bailey's Irish Cream, Port, and Sherry, I believe). You're also greeted by Jeanette's freshly baked goods of the day in the kitchen. I loved that the B&B was close to other Bethel restaurants and attractions. During our few days in town, we ate at 3/4 places that John recommended and even attended the Bethel Harvestfest and Chowdah Cookoff. Even though we had a car, we enjoyed walking, so we strolled past Gould Academy which had some nice views. I'd definitely recommend this B&B if you want a quiet and cozy place to stay for a few nights. It's really raised the bar for future B&Bs! Hopefully we'll be back one day.
