Bad notary. I didn't try LiveScan, maybe they're able to figure that out, I don't know, but don't waste your time if you want anything notarized. 1. I called the day before to confirm the time the notary is available. I went the next day during the time she was supposed to be there and she wasn't there. I had to go back hours later. 2. The notary wouldn't notarize anything for me because she couldn't recognize my ID picture - I have a beard now and not in the picture. Never once been a problem anywhere - DMV, airport, etc. I have used LiveScan and notary services elsewhere with the same ID photo, including the current beard. 3. The notary also had to send someone to get her notary book out of storage or something, evidently it doesn't get much use. read more

I got 2 livescans here and it was fast and easy. I didn't have an appointment but was seen right away, it took about 15 minutes. Parked on a meter spot (I don't think there is a lot?) right by the building. read more

This place was amazing!!! I am constantly having to do fingerprints because I work in multiple school settings, and for years I have been disappointed by other live scan services, because of the fact that my hands get sweaty and shake (a minor medical condition I have). Employees would get annoyed of always having to wipe my fingers and yell at me to KEEP STILL, even though I would warn them of my condition. This place was extremely respectful, and Walter was really nice. Strangely enough my fingers were not a problem at all and I was out in 5 minutes! I think either the equipment is more advanced than others or Walter just knows what he is doing! I will definitely be returning again! read more
