My notarized document was sent to The Language Pros. It went through the apostille phase and then Mark shipped the documents for me to Europe. The entire time Mark stayed in contact with me. This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. Within 24h I received a copy of my lost translation. I also like the system they use to pay for the translations. It's very quick and efficient. Dealing with paperwork can be very time consuming. It's great to see a company that eases this process.

Deceptive Company - Avoid at All Costs…read more This company became blatantly deceptive after we completed the quote, confirmation, and payment process. Once they had our money, they claimed the word count was incorrect and demanded more money. When challenged, they backtracked -- only to then claim confusion about the expedited service we had already been quoted and paid for. I sent them a copy of their own order confirmation, which clearly included "urgent translation and apostille service." Their response? Ignore the documentation and demand an additional $100 anyway. When we requested a cancellation and full refund -- less than an hour after payment -- they went silent. Despite advertising a "cancel for a full refund" policy, they have been completely unresponsive via phone and email. Do not trust this company. They are disorganized at best and dishonest at worst.
