I used the Yelp project quote feature to find this and other companies for dryer vent cleaning. SV was reasonably priced, quick availability, certified, and good reviews. They arrived on time and worked around our schedule, starting first thing in the morning and finishing within three hours. They vacuumed well after finishing, but the disturbed debri flying out of the vent while they cleaned did raise some concern. I'd recommend an air purifier and some extra cleaning after they leave if you have severe allergies. Overall, they did a good job, and the owner seemed really knowledgeable. My least favorite things about getting a puppy is potty training. And yes, you guessed it, our new puppy decided to use various carpets within our home as a puppy pad! After several accidents, I used feature to message businesses via Yelp to discuss our carpet cleaning project. SV Professional Cleaning was the first to reply and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We booked with them, received a confirmation detailing our services and an arrival window. SV called on the day of our service to let us know that they were 30 minutes away from our home. We did 5 areas within our home with carpet (the minimum is $99 which covers 2 rooms or up to 400 sq feet) in addition to pet treatment. The cleaning itself took about 3.5 hours and our carpet looked brand spankin' new! SV was professional and efficient during the whole process. We were able to walk on our carpet immediately and it took approximately ~9 hours to dry completely. We will definitely hire SV annually for the carpet cleaning service for our home! read more

I reached out for a dryer vent cleaning after condensation build up in the dryer. There was a leak above the ceiling of the dryer recently and sure enough, there was water in the vent, along with lint. Stan and his team handled it really well, especially since the dryer was in a tight space. (A lot of other places had declined the work because of the tight space!) Then he removed the stains within only about 10 minutes. I could not have expected a better outcome! As the photos show, it was a dark area with heavy-duty stains BEFORE cleaning. I requested a quote for deep cleaning and bleach removal. Was given a quote of $300 ( $100 for carpet cleaning & $200 for bleach) Appt was booked in early May for late May. Company asked me what my deposit was on the apt. Still not understanding why that information is relevant. Company arrived on time prepared to deep clean. Upon further inspection, the gentleman said he didn't know how to fix the bleach spots and that he'd have to get with another reputable business for some advice. After deep cleaning the whole apt, two more bleach spots popped up in the bedroom which must've came from previous renter since those spots were not there when we did the initial walk through together. Based off of that alone, you can tell his deep cleaning services were great. We paid for the service of carpet cleaning and decided to use another service for the bleach fix. After taking some time to look around and realizing our options were VERY limited, my husband reached back out to get another quote. He quoted $300 for the original bleach spots as well as the ones that surfaced in the bedroom after his deep clean service. It's now been a few days and the rugs look great!After a fresh vacuum, they look exactly how they looked upon my move in. I'm extremely pleased with the service & customer service they provided. The carpets in my rental have been installed for years now. I had a highly trafficked cream colored carpet that had not been cleaned or vacuumed in years. Whatever this guy does in the "Deep Cleaning Treatment" it restores what is stained, marked up, blotted, and whatever else. I got the Groupon and the owner called me to let me know that It was not for my area, as I am outside of his VA radius (for the Groupon). Furthermore, the Deep Cleaning was not a part of the Groupon deal either. However, he did honor my Groupon and we worked out an arrangement/ semi-discount for the Deep Cleaning. SLV came out on a Sunday; 10 minutes to 10am ready to work. A no non-sense professional who knows how to treat stained carpet. I'm about to pull it up, but during the holiday season I need things looking nice, so that I can entertain. I called this service and had them come out today, but had to cancel them after they came and started complaining about our furniture. They didn't want to move my large couch, and didn't want to steam clean under it. For $160, I wanted the majority of my 13x20 carpeted room as clean as possible. I had moved my couch and vacuumed under it, as requested in their email they sent. But as soon as the proprietor came, he started saying, "I wish you hadn't done that...I wish you had told me...I wish we had talked about this over the phone..." He started complaining about the furniture the moment he saw it! I'm not sure what rooms he cleans that DON'T have furniture...??!! He made such a big issue over it, that we had them leave. I had this business come in to clean my carpet. I would say he did a pretty good job, as the carpet hadn't been cleaned in about 5 years. It's the type of high traffic carpet that hides dirt pretty well. There were only 2 spots where it was a bit more difficult to remove, but that was due to longevity of not being professionally cleaned.
