Holy shiz, I did NOT know about public dmv registration services until now. This place was insanely fast and easy! I was not only impressed with the whole experience of efficiency, parking, no one in line and ability to complete my registration renewal legally so fast, that I must mention how nice/helpful/creative/enjoyable/knowledgable Aeylan (I think how its spelled) was. The space not only is a waiting room but also houses her creative side hustle of antique housewares. I was OUT in 15 min and that's because I wanted to chat, so definitely the easiest way to renew your insurance if it has to be in person like me. One star for not having to wait in line at the regular DMV. HOWEVER, please be aware they don't take credit cards, hence the ATM machine right behind your chair as you sit down. And they will not tell you over the phone either when you call to ask what's their exact address (address was listed in Montrose in Yelp). Why would they not tell you on the phone they accept cash only and not credit cards? Because they know you'll go somewhere else - a better, more modern place that will take credit cards. Seriously, what kind of business at this day and age does not take credit cards?? You'll be charged double for what you pay at the DMV and have to wait forever to get any documents from the DMV mailed to you. The documents we were waiting for, she could have easily printed out for us but they're not associated with the DMV so make sure you keep all your receipts and other documents they give you. They don't file anything in their computers not do they have a printer! Again, what kind of business doesn't have a printer! Then there's the tiny "waiting" room where everyone can hear what you're discussing...go if you really, really don't want to go to the DMW and want to spend double the amount in CASH! read more

Definite go to place if you don't have time for the DMV! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiles and welcomes! It's a nice little comfortable cozy spot and the mom is the sweetest lady! Services are fast and to the point and the customer service itself is just great. They aren't rude and rushing you and trying to get you out. They ask how your day is going and genuinely care. I'm not sure if there is a parking lot or not but there is plenty of street parking located directly in front! This is a cash only location, but there is an ATM located inside for your convenience. Their service fee is extremely reasonable compared to some others I've used where they over charge and throw in random fees. I'll be back here for future services! Thanks guys! read more

Currently located in a busy automotive complex, upstairs of Prius Express. Hard to find, if you didn't exactly know where to look. Office is very clean, quaint and cool decor. Owner mentioned will be moving to new location sometime in October. I needed a couple documents notarized and was in and out in a short period of time. Waited 2 hours because the rude person behind the telephone could not keep her business hours accordingly. she posted sorry i missed you on the door and left me hanging for 2 hours. Best part is, when I did get there, she was not able to help me because this business is a "3rd party" and can only handle "basics" laughing my ass off. stay away from this horrible business run by a part time college student who goes to starbucks for 3 hours on her 5 hour shift. p.s. do not trust them with your documents, very fishy place. read more

Who wouldn't want to avoid going to the DMV !? This place not only takes care of you quickly with super low rates and very professional and I never had to wait more then 3 minutes to get why I needed done. I wouldn't mind waiting either because this place is like a zen boutique, very tastefully decorated and super clean providing comfortable and cozy waiting area they even have toys for kids to play with if you happen to show up with kids. If you need your registration done immediately and you don't want to schedule appointment with DMV and wait in the long lines and If all that is worth the extra $45 fee, then this is the place for you to go. Very professional and knowledgeable customer service by Aylin. The office is inside a mechanic shop on the second floor. I had a hard time finding the place but the mechanics in that shopping center were very helpful. While there, I could hear some loud mechanical noise from the shop, but again if the goal is to get your registration done in 5 minutes with a professional person helping you, none of that should matter. read more

How was I desperate enough to find this place. If I could put 0 stars I would. First I went to this place thinking they could solve my DMV issues because the DMV is closed due to COVID-19. Aeylin sounded like she was going to through a midlife crisis or her period but anyway she tells me my fees and I pay all of the fees via cash. Then she tells me I needed a smog certification, brake and light inspection and a VIN verification by CHP because it was a salvage vehicle. So I got all of them done but since CHP isn't doing verifications because of COVID-19, I found a VIN verifier who was license and bonded by the State of California and this VIN verifier said since we are in a pandemic environment the DMV accepts VIN verifications via VIN verifiers for salvage vehicles. So I took the verification to Aeylin and she says "I am not going to process your paperwork because it is not verified by CHP and its illegal to do a VIN verification to a salvage vehicle via VIN verifiers." and she denied processing my paperwork with a stuck up looking smirk on her face like she was trying to be slick. So I take my papers to Mt Everest Insurance Services in Palmdale, CA which is known for processing VIN verifications for salvage vehicles via VIN verifiers. He processed it and 2 weeks later I got the pink slip with my name on it processed completely by the DMV. So Aeylin you should brush up on your DMV skills and experience because you told me you were in the DMV business for over 20 years but apparently you haven't learned shit. The only thing illegal here is your still in business and who knows how many poor and unfortunate bastards you have done this to. Thankfully I only lost 23 dollars for using your so called services because of the plate fee. Do me a favor, get your head out of your ass. NEVER WILL I USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. read more

This is the best place ever!! I was about to go to the DMV when I found this place and figured I would try it out. BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. I walked in and was immediately assisted. The woman who helped me was quick and efficient and answered all my questions. I changed ownership for a car I just bought and had my new registration card in about 10 min. There was a small fee of $35. I saved probably 4 hours of my Saturday. The office is so cute and there are even toys to keep your children entertained while you wait. I converted my lease to a purchase back in March 2020, with a major bank. The bank that was already handling the lease, so it seemed that would be a minimum of trouble. Wrong! Here comes December, when my tags are due, and I haven't gotten a renewal notice. And the DMV is not taking in-person appointments for registration issues (thanks again, COVID!). The DMV website refers me to DMV Express, which I'm a little nervous about because I've never used this kind of service, but I don't have a choice. Eileen (Aeylin?) tried to get my tags issued, but said the DMV had my sales tax funds sitting and waiting, but they had never been applied, and my registration was STILL incomplete, 9 months later - ugh!! So I call the bank and they email back and offer to resolve it within 30 days. I reply that this is not acceptable, my tags are due in just a few days, I'm not getting a ticket and late fees because they're incompetent. Then, out of nowhere, they FedEx me the title, the receipt of fees, and some title change forms that I signed back in September, with a letter telling me to go to the DMV myself. Seriously??? But Eileen said she was sure she could get it registered if I had the title. So I took it back in, she tried to do it on the computer, but the finance company applied whole dollars PLUS 9 cents. DMV does everything in whole dollars, so she couldn't get around the 9 cents. My tags were technically due Sunday. Eileen took all my forms and my check for tags into the DMV on Monday, and got my registration completed, my tags issued, and NO late fees!! The small fee was well worth it, she saved me sooo much headache and trouble. Besides which, there was no way I could have possibly done this on my own.
