I signed up for the class online the…read morenight before, providing my email, and according to the website the class was scheduled to begin at 9 am. I arrived about 15 minutes before 9 and discovered that the class did not start until 9:30. The class was supposed to go until 3, according to the website, but the lunch break had been cut out so it could end at 2:30. I was not informed of this until the class began. Given that the instructor had my email I feel that he should have respected my time and informed me of the scheduling changes ahead of time.

She even drew upon applying clinical examples which made the material more relatable. The equipment was enough, kept clean, and hand sanitizer was provided at our desks. Text materials were provided (manual) and then some (study guide, algorithms, and EKG guides) to help us pass the course. The classroom environment was spacious enough given these covid times. The facilities they provided were far more generous than other training centers I have been to. Although, I would say that parking can get tight if you wait until last minute to get to your class; and I live fairly close to the area. Otherwise, I would recommend coming back as I know they offer other courses I would need to renew in the future too.
