Been going here for 1.5 yrs.... the owner and workers are always so polite and willing to help any rookie to learn and operate their machines! They have tons of available washers of all sizes...super doubles, to triple load, Giant Loaders (6 load) and the Mega Loader (8 load) capacity!! Not to mention the large dryer and the all mighty jumbo dryers!!! I can run 4 to 5 machines all at once....with the powerful spins and agitation of the machines I know my laundry is extremely clean! I am a Nurse and I work in infections daily...so the hot washes and hot dryers are a must!!! The facility itself is always so clean and the insides of the washers as well!! read more

Well I usually drive elsewhere to do laundry but to save gas I stay close and go here lately . I do not like the dryers they are terrible . The washing machines seems to clean my stinky clothes pretty well though. Other that that it's fine .Bit I hate that the dryers suck and need to add extra time every time ! My family and I come to this laundromat very often and have been loyal to the business for over 8 years. In fact, there are closer ones by my home, but I always choose to drive the extra mile for this business for its kind, eager to help owners, and calm environment. I have seen different employees in and out the door throughout the years and the owners always hire very hardworking, careful, and very clean employees. However, there has been this man working here for awhile, short, tan skin, older, and wears glasses, who seems to be bothersome every time I walk in. I always find him staring. His eyes follow mine and my partners whereabouts and what we're doing as we're doing them. Times I've, unfortunately, needed and asked for his help, he's rude and bad-mannered. I recently went in to wash, unpleasantly for all parties (employee, my partner, and I), we arrived at around 9:19 pm. It had been a long, busy day but we had no clean clothes for the rest of the week and decided to go to the laundromat. Considering the last wash is at 9:30, I thought it was okay. Not to mention that he's still there working at the time, lights on, some people washing, some drying, and online it says the place is open until 11:00. This employee gave me bad looks with disfavor. To only just keep walking past him, and hear him complain to another customer about us arriving at the time we did. The man assumed I did not speak Spanish but I understood clearly. Not only is it shameful, and unprofessional, it's improper, and egoistic. One does not know what the other has going on in their own time to not be able to go wash earlier (not that it's any of his business). I hope this message is read by employees, new hires, owners, and the man I'm speaking of. For one to be more vigilant of what is happening to the business wether you are the owner or a customer like me. read more

Finally had enough of this place. Id been coming here for years and machines have gotten progressively worse. Washers and dryers. They raised the prices of the machines and my clothes are STILL damp after 40 min of drying? Yeah, no more. If you want to waste your time and money, then by all means choose this place. The lady working never wears a mask and today she was leaning over the counter and coughing. We are in a pandemic that is not ok. If you're going to cough at least have your mask on if you're not going to cover your mouth at all. They don't make customers wear masks either. I like this laundromat they have clean machines and decent prices but please wear a mask! And make customers wear masks! Place is clean, for the most part the machines work great. Usually never crazy busy, machines available. A few homeless ppl, mostly harmless & friendly. Mexican food, CVS & Starbucks close by. Yelp told me I've been here before and that I should write a review. If you are a multi tasker you can get a smog check across the street and a Mexican meal next door. Starbucks and Jack in the box nearby. I like the triple load machines best. I use single load machine for whites. Each time I've been here there has been an attendant. They are all friendly and helpful. The washers and dryers do a good job. they have a machine to sell you soop if you run out and dont feel like a trip to Walmart. Oh this place dosent accept coins . They sell you an ESD Mpney card. which youll also need to use restroom. Well thats about it. I think I told uou all you need to know to make an informed decision to go your laundry here. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for years now! It shut down temporarily & ut seems to have a new owner now. Since re-opening the place has been very clean, not so many"out of order" machines anymore & there's FREE Wi-Fi! I like this location also cuz there's a Starbucks & taco shop in the same parking lot also. Early Saturday mornings its empty! read more

The place is always clean. I did see a few roaches one time. Do not put an ounce of extra soap in the washing machine.... I washed 2 loads (same size) in 2 machines. Each load to wash was $3.25. After waiting 24 mins I walked back inside, and only one of my loads had washed. The other had "to much soap". I asked the associate for help, who said I had to buy another wash. So I had to spend $6.50 in total to wash the same load again, $9.75 including the other load... also having to wait another half hour. For someone who recently lost their job, every penny counts right now. After my card expires here, I will go elsewhere. read more

Nice and clean. Location is great so you can leave your clothes while grabbing a bite at the taco shop or going to gamestop or starbucks. dont like that you have to purchase a card. i prefer the old quarters style. at least if i had money left over i could spend it elsewhere. other than that this place is nice and clean and conveniently placed read more

I used to enjoy coming here since it's so close to my house. Now the last three times here have been horrible. This last and FINAL time I had to wring out my clothes soaking wet since the machine pretty shut off. When I told the guy he said you'll have to pay again at a different one sorry, as if t was my fault. Time before that my dryer was on the entire time with no heat even though it was on high. Again paid by me to switch machines to one that worked. All you do is lose money here and rely on "new" machines to give you crap quality cleaning . Never will be coming back here .
