The facility is dirty, the floors...on top of washers and inside as well. I found hair and gross lint in several...as I moved down the aisle to find one that didn't have gross stuff in it. I like this laundromat. When I first started coming here about about 3 years ago the thing that sold me was the hot coffee and donuts that they had available for the clients. Of course due to COVID that is no more but I still come here because I like the overall environment. They are supposed to be open 24hrs. I have never tested the theory but I would say they must be. I usually come on Saturday or Sunday in the early am like 5:30 or 5:45 to try to beat the weekend rush but sometimes you can just never tell. I came here this time on a Thursday after work so around 3:45. It wasn't too busy, in fact people were finishing up and now there is only a handful of people here. For the front load washers there are 8 2load, 8 3load, 12 4load. There are about 8 top load washer that are 2 load. 2 walls with dryers, medium and large, and the cost varies by size. I like the the front load washer have a heavy duty soil option. There is always someone cleaning the machines/dryers or moping the floor. There is a section in the front for loading and unloading. There are three TVs each one play either Spanish, English, or Tagalog. You get point for each wash you do and the points add up to some pretty good prizes. Be sure to register your card in case you lose it. Everyone here is super helpful. They also have vending machines with snacks and laundry supplies. Also there is a Walgreens close by if you forget soap or anything of necessity. One problem is the timing on the washing machines is a little off at times, not sure what that's about but it's a minor issue unless your in a rush. I hope one day they can bring back the donuts and coffee but even without it I always come back. read more

I come here to dry clothes cz they have the large dryers that can fit my entire wardrobe. Annnnnd it's only forty cents, high heat, dries in 8mins!!! Or medium heat dries in 16mins if you have delicate items. This place gets really busy on weekends especially sundays. They're open 24/7 even on holidays! It's clean, the workers maintain the cleanliness of this place. They even have like pizza Thursday, donut Monday's, free detergent Wednesday! Lol that's cute! Staff seeing people sitting on folding areas by bathrooms and putting feet on top of the folding surface. That's pretty unsanitary, at times when I've come here I've seen people fold their baby cloths on that counter. The issue is bad parenting letting their kids lay around the benches and sitting on the counter. But it's the facility fault for not saying anything to these individuals. Especially that their office is right I front of these individuals This little rant is not for me but other people who come to this laundromat to have their clothes clean after spending money. My suggestion would to have signs for folding areas to not be sat on or feet on. Has been my favorite place to wash clothes for years. Location is clean. Employees are awesome. And my clothes are always nice and fresh when I'm done. Never had a bad experience at this laundromat just hate when other customers block the front walkway with their vehicles. I normally don't give 4 star reviews at laundry places but this location was nice. I know it's part of hood area but I walked in and the lady was cleaning up the place. I saw a soda machine and snack machine just in case my daughter gets hungry but this laundry gives out complimentary coffee and doughnuts from 6 am to 9 am but people were taking advantage and serving themselves. I only had a piece of my daughter's doughnut and it was good. Blueberry flavored doughnut. Anyway, I liked how the machines range from small to large. I just was disappointed in how my laundry smelled. We put enough soap and fabric softener but it didn't smell the same. I guess the water isn't filtered like the other location we normally go to on El Cajon Blvd. Drying our laundry didn't make our clothes smell nice. Maybe next time I will ask the lady to spray it. I saw another lady ask the worker to clean it. The lady sprayed it with something nice to get the odor out. Parking is plentiful and there are stores you can walk to next door or across the way. I will be coming back to see if our laundry will smell better next time. They would have gotten 5 stars but I had to dock a star because of this. read more

Been coming here enough times to finally develop a review and I must say, this laundromat is pretty awesome. I can understand why it can get crowded mid-day to late afternoon and on weekends. Their washers and dryers are pretty good. I personally will try to avoid the crowd. First of all, the washers and dryers run by a preloaded card so you won't need to exchange money for quarters. There are different kinds of machines to cater the amount of load you have. I am very pleased by this. I like that the washers really wring the water out of your clothes so when you transfer to the dryer, nothing drips. It is convenient because I have some clothes that I can not put inside a dryer and I am glad that no water drips out. I like that there is free wifi as well. They have others deals going on throughout a specific day of the week like discounts on washers or soaps. So far-- I've saved money here (sorry I forgot the actual costs). Great for big loads and amazing washers for even the big items like comforters and bedsheets! Will come back :) read more

MY go-to laundromat!! Our dryer broke and so while I still do the washing at home, I head over here to dry them. I love this place because it's very clean and most people are respectful and keep to themselves for laundry. No sketchiness. The attendant is always helpful. You use a swiping card system that you can load money in like a debit card. There's also lots of perks and discounts here and there depending what day you go and what time. I've never been to any of the free soaps: free coffee and donut etc, days but it's good to know. I like going later at night around ten or eleven and it's usually not too crowded. I can't say enough nice things about Yazmin, the laundry attendant on duty at the moment. It's rare to find such great customer service, and when I'm treated right, I want to make it known. She greeted me with a very sweet and friendly demeanor, a pleasant smile, and made eye contact. I had questions, which she went above and beyond to answer, plus gave more helpful info that I wasn't aware of before. I've been here a few times before, and it can get very crowded, and parking is limited. It's always kept clean, and I think it's awesome that they offer free laundry soap. if you are looking for a 24 hr. place, with great parking and always in top shape this is your place. the staff is always making sure the place is kept tidy, floors, washers, dryers, restrooms, etc. only be aware that there is a 10 washer section size "Small" that gets full pretty fast, so make sure you are scouting for washers if you need these. this is my go to spot even though I have a laundry room in the apartment complex I live in because I know that I can tackle all my laundry within 1.5 hrs - 2 hours depending on the dryers! read more

What a literal load of shit. Been coming here for years and never really had a problem. Until today. So they have free soap wednesdays, awesome. Took advantage of that, saw the staff put a lot of soap in one of my washers and thought she knew better than me, so I said thanks. 24 minutes later, there's a bunch of soap still. She said I need to pay to restart again. The hell? It was their fault but I'm paying for it? She said I should've told them at 16-18 minutes? Um is there a rule book I forgot to read? A sign?? And you were cleaning around that area and you couldn't be bothered? There is no way you didn't notice it. I'll give this place 1 star for working machines and dryers. However, I will never come back to this place until I've gotten my vaccine. The employee there was not enforcing the mask rule so a lady was there washing without a mask. To make matters worse, this lady had a child she allowed to run on top of the drying tables barefoot for over an hour. Then I later saw the kid running on top of the laundry machines. This laundromat was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was my first time there and one of the staff members helped explain the card system they had when you use the multiple sized washers and dryers. If you forget to bring your detergent, softener, and dryer sheets there's a vending machine on site. I believe the price ranges from $2-$4? (Off memory -- don't quote me! Haha) I bought a generic detergent for $2. I brought 5 queen sized blankets with me and it cost me $15 or so (I purchased the $20 card) The dryers are $0.35-$0.45 and they run certain minutes. A staff member told me a total of 3 cycles will do, which was the perfect amount of time. I came on a weekday late morning and it was fairly busy. I spent about an hour and a half there. Funny story, I was so relieved that I was in and out of there pretty quickly that I left leaving behind 2 of my blankets in the dryer. 4 hours later, I went back and it was still there LOL. What a relief! Thankful for the staff and community there that it wasn't taken. That won't happen again haha. Overall -- I would recommend this location and I will be back :) read more
