A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. But i too was warmly welcomed by her and if you are looking for a laundry establishment to get your laundry done, i highly recommend Swissh & Go I also wanted to thank the owner for showcasing his shadow box , i am a son of a veteran and wanted to thank the owner for his service to this country and his awesome laundry establishment.

Amazing Fluff & Fold Service!…read more Yesterday, I dropped off my laundry for their fluff & fold service and was blown away by how great everything turned out. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and care about their customers. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond with both quality and customer service, this is it. I washed my load again in another machine, paid another couple of dollars, and then put them in the dryer. I ended up spending about 40 extra minutes here because of the broken washer. You can pay directly with your debit card or purchase a laundry card you can pre-load with money using your debit card (located on back wall). They have 1 restroom in the back. And there's a huge fan on the ceiling with the doors open which makes the temp inside comfortable. They have standard dryers which costs $0.25/4 min. They also have free WIFI & free powdered laundry soap. However, you can buy liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets from the attendant on duty. The prices are clearly marked. The reason for the 4 stars is I wish they had commercial grade dryers which can dry comforters quickly (even if it costs a little more) & an app to load money & monitor the time of the wash & dry cycles for each machine you're using.

There are multiple washing machines from small to large but only a small amount of the large machines so always double check if any machines are out of order before putting your laundry in. They have their own laundry card so you can get one for $1 and you can insert money/check your balance at the machines near the Welcome sign! You also need to have their laundry card to use the restrooms! This laundromat does get busy so I'd say if you're going on a weekday, go in the afternoon, and if you're going on a weekend, go SUPER EARLY to snag a washing machine and their carts.
