While we were at a time share exchange Gaslamp plaza suites there laundry services were outrageous so we found this laundromat on our way to IB. We were able to run an errand in between and then had breakfast on the beach while our clothes dried. About 30 min wash large load was 6.70 and dryers go to 49 mins. 6 mins per load.25 so I spent $10 on a laundry card ($1 for the card) way better than at the hotel! read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years. This is a spacious lau dymat and the attendants are always nice and helpful. There is plenty of room to fold clothes and always enough carts available. Lots of different machines from. I load,3 loads,6 loads and 2 eightload machines. Very clean and well kept . This is the only place I'll go for laundry.​ read more

It's a cool, local spot. Fair prices, good staff, nice people. Always clean. Takes quarters. Has it's own shared parking lot with a liquor store. The liquor store is cool to have next dor too because they have good snacks and drinks and laundry supplies if you need. There's also a Burger King across the steet if you're hungry. Tried going to a few laundromat's because it was busy and after attempting that it truly made me appreciate the cleanliness of this place. The washers and dryers are pretty well maintained and the staff is so kind and courteous. Every time I have come here the staff is always cleaning or trying to help customers. I recommend coming here. Tammy is such a doll and super sweet. She's so friendly, helpful and good conversation. Thank you for helping me! I give this place 5 stars because Tammy is seriously the best but the vents on the ceiling are pretty dirty. I came here today to wash, and I literally took my stuff and walked back out. It appears clean at first glance, but all the washers are super old and have hair and water that is stuck in the door that will now cycle through your stuff. One still had scent beads all in it, like they never dissolved... I'm good. read more

Almost Everyone that works there is nice. Lately it seems like the settings have been changed so the clothes come out of the washer really wet, so it costs a lot more to dry and the dryers don't get as hot and the first 6 minutes is wasted on the dryers heating up. This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen. Lots of machines, so there's no waiting for one to open. Washing machines hold 1, 3, 6, or even 8 loads. The dryers run hot enough to finish my clothes in record time. Arcade games and candy/soda vending machines make doing laundry less painful. read more

I drive a ways to come here, this place is clean, lots of washers and dryers, never a wait or crowded. The best part is the attendants are very pleasant! They are always ready to help out with a smile. There is a big parking lot, and the prices are great! 6 washer for $5.25 and small 1 wash $1.75 they also have 8 load washers. Love this place, never an issue. Kudos on the customer service, the attendant Victor is respectful and helpful and the lady Tammy very kind and always has a smile. Such a hard worker this place is spotless and they are here all the time! This is what really makes the difference when you chose who to give your business to, customer service! I have washer and dryer in unit but mine are not big enough to wash my comforter so I came here. Quiet place and I was able to was my comforter in 3load washer for 4$. The dryer was 25¢ per 7minutes so 21minutes was perfect for me. Easily accessible and very relaxed spot. Will come again. read more

Here on a Saturday at 6am overall lots of machines, clean faculty and bright and colorful decor. The parking lot is dark and the machines work but there kinda dated meh it does the job. Oh on a better note it's not crowded at this time that's a plus for me. Anyways I have no gripes as of yet. That's all I got for now. read more

Probably one of the cleanest laundromats that I've ever been too. Had to come here due to staying in a hotel. The lady working here is the sweetest, most helpful (sorry I didn't get your name but you worked 12 July pm shift). We used super 8 washer ($5.75 to washer) clothes came out really clean. The dryers are $.25 per 8 minutes and didn't take long to dry. The parking was ample. The people were pleasant- nothing that bothered me to be by myself as a female. Moved to IB recently, went looking around for an affordable laundry mat. Found this wash'n dry and couldn't be any happier!! 6 loads for only 3.75!! 8 loads=$5! I came in this evening, I was clearly struggling getting my clothes out of my car.. This gentleman who works here came out with a cart to assist me!:) later on, while I was placing my clothes in the dryer, the owner (Jose), came and introduced himself, asking whether I had any questions or needed anything...VERY ATTENTIVE..even offered me a bottle of water!! Extremely happy with the service, cleanliness and overall atmosphere! Did I mention FREE WIFI?! I will definitely recommend everyone to come out here! read more

I recently moved to Imperial Beach and am also new to having to go to a laundromat. This place is very clean and has very friendly staff. MUCH more than I can say about the other laundromats in the area. The owner Jose introduced himself and even gave me a cold bottle of water and informed me of the days when you can save a bit on the cost to wash using certain machines. Great place-so clean and wonderful variety of washer sizes-used 6 load washers and everything for clean.

For 1, there are only 3 sizes of front load washers, the smallest is $3.xx 2. There is no pre-wash for the washers. 3. The dryers are $.25 = 8 minutes (vs most other places you get 10 minutes) So for my 2 weeks worth of laundry (mine and my sons, with bedding) I typically spend $12-$14 up the street. Here I spent $17 and the laundry didn't seem to be clean, so I watched my friends wash cycle and that is when I noticed there was no pre-wash. I have no intentions to ever return to this place. read more

I recently moved to Chula Vista and was looking for a laundromat open late. I couldn't find any open past 10 but then I found this location. I arrived at about 10:15 pm just missing the last wash at 10:00 pm. The man inside told me they were closed but then stepped outside to introduce himself and store hours. He turned out to be the owner, Jose. He allowed me to come in despite being so late. Throughout the time I was washing the owner and one other employee were cleaning and working well into closing time. The facility is very clean, the machines all work properly and they have great deals for those washing a lot or a little. Jose was kind enough to change a few of my bills even though most of the machines aside from the washers/dryers were turned off. He offered me a free drink from the vending machine and also assured I was doing fine throughout my time here. Not once did I feel rushed or as though I was not welcome. My visit was very late so I didn't experience any rush although I would imagine my visit would have gone just as well. Overall this laundromat was great. The facility is impeccably clean, the machines all work great and also clean and the staff were fantastic; hard working and humble. Every time I come here every machine is working and if it breaks or malfunctions during your load theres a guy here who fixes it for you or refunds your money. The vibe here is very friendly. Adequate amount of parking. Several machines for single loads, three, six and even 8 loads sizes!!! The have daily specials and the place is very well kept. We came at 5:30 on a Thursday and it's not super busy but working families here doing laundry. They have a few arcade games to keep the kids busy of you have any. Nice friendly people. Very nice place. I come here regularly now because it is always clean, the machines are reliable and well maintained, and for a good price. The 1 load washers are $1.50, and the 3 load washers are $2.25 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (other days they are $2.75). The dryers are 25¢ per 8 minutes. It can easily handle a 3 load for 75¢/24 minutes. There are 4 games you can play including Ms. Pacman and a toy house. There are 2 vending machines for snacks and drinks. They also have free wifi! There are change dispensers so you can get quarters. They sell soap. There are also 6 and 8 load washers. read more

I love this laundromat. It's always very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they are very tolerant of children which is great because I have a three year old who has to come along with me. We usually bring lunch or walk next door to the convenience store for popsicles and the staff never refuses to allow us in with food. The machines are awesome, always clean and in good repair. If something breaks they are quick to fix it. The specials really help me save when doing my laundry. I usually use the big washer and on weekdays it's a dollar off. (That's the special for now, they do change.) All in all a great location and much cheaper than washing at my apartment's dinky, gross laundromat. read more

I've been doing laundry here since we moved to IB. It's got "deal days", vending machine, and change machine. Everything you need- aaaand they keep the place clean! They will sometimes have a machine down(out of many)- but there is always someone or the owner working on it before I finish my laundry.
