I have seen bouncers discriminate against women, I've seen them charge different amounts for covers for different people. Sometimes they were disrespectful to LGBTQIA+ guests. Its small too so being crammed in like sardines on a more popular night with drunk ppl everywhere and arguing is not a good thing either.
