What really crossed the line was when she criticized our group for being "just 21," as if our age somehow made us less deserving of respect. We were polite the entire time and simply trying to enjoy our night, yet we were treated like an inconvenience. I've never experienced service that felt so openly dismissive and unprofessional. A bartender sets the tone for the atmosphere of an establishment, and in this case, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, awkward, and genuinely unwelcoming. There's a difference between having personality and blatantly disrespecting paying customers. If management believes this behavior reflects positively on their business, they seriously need to reevaluate their standards for customer service. There are too many good places in the area to spend money somewhere that treats guests this poorly. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt people should know what to expect before coming here.

Our visited ended up being one of our favorites thanks to a silly group of friends, and the super friendly and patient bartender Sarah who made sure we had a great time. The brewery is nearby a cool old raising bridge, which is present in their logo. They have a bunch of core styles to choose from. The decor leans heavily into local kitsch, which gives it a casual and colorful vibe. Prices are super reasonable with $9 flights. The beer quality was great as well. A highlight (or nightmare) for us was the fact they had the infamous Malort to try, we all had our first shots and hated every minute!
