No one came to my door, No one bother to ask me about needing to inter my PRIVATE property. One of their service techs just walks right down my driveway and into my backyard. I stopped him from going further into my yard and told him he is trespassing and that he needed to leave and he does not have my permission to be on my property. HE tried to explain why he was there and I told him that wasn't my concern and that he needed MY permission to be on MY PRIVATE property. He said he would wait for the police and that they would say it's okay. The hell they will. I wasn't told they would need access, Wasn't shown a work order, NOTHING! I called the company and talked to their Service Tech. I explained what happen and this Rude and Very unprofessional person said "What do you want me to do about it". My response, "I don't know, try training your techs about knocking on peoples door to let them know what's going on, or is that too much to ask for". I then asked why didn't anyone come to my house and let us know. All I got was "okay". I asked for a supervisor. Was told he needs a reason for me asking. Ummm? Really?
