Michael McMahen and Rob (Managers) are very racist , Once they seen I was black they tried to make me cancel my interview said all positions filled and when I denied and complained about not receiving an email about the filled position, they huffed and puffed and said ok come on back .. I did the interview questions successfully and I am already qualified from working previously but many of us were laid off due to them closing a department down . I was told I would hear back from a recruiter but never did . Soon as I left the interview not even 1min after I get notifications saying now hiring in Romulus location for Courier positions ...I heard many stories about them 2 from other reviews especially on indeed ! I am beyond livid, I am PISSED! I have no idea why this service can't get their SHIT together! I was supposed to receive a package from Verizon today. The delivery was scheduled from 9:40 AM - 1:40 AM I logged in to watch the tracking. When I received notification that delivery was today I got dressed and sat in the Lobby of my Apt. waiting, waiting, and waiting. about 12:30 PM I get a notification that there is a delay! I check the status and it say the driver attempted delivery, HOWEVER that is LIE what the driver did was pulled up into my Apt Building parking lot and then turned around and left. That is not an attempt to deliver! instead the lazy ass driver decided they were too lazy to be bothered! I call their 800 number to deal with their idiotic IVR/AI which cheerfully claimed that my package is on it way tomorrow. Or if I wanted I could drive all the way to Romulus to pick up my packaged after about 10 minutes of this bullshit I finally got contacted to a LIVE agent. Only for the idiot to go through same bullshit! So, I told him so what you are telling me is that you have lazy ass drivers who want to get paid to NOT to do their job? and you want me to load up my wheel chair to travel to your hub where you have lazy ass employees to wait for a package that should have been delivered? Unacceptable! - FedEx is PAID to do their job deliver packages, not drive around and look at pretty buildings. Instead of getting their lazy asses out of the vehicle and actually taking an elevator to my floor and knocking on my door the asshole decides to LIE stating an attempt was made! I am not sure to be fair if the driver was male or female if the driver was a young punk or an older lazy ass driver. either way if you expect to be paid, or be paid a higher wage you need to do you DAMN JOB! The mindset today is that you don't want to work but you expect someone to just had you paycheck for just being! What the hell has happened to this country. If you are not getting paid what you think you are owed then QUIT the job and go some place else and let those who need the job work! read more

Terrible service! They said they attempted to delivery my package, but they definitely DID NOT! I work from home and have cameras so it's a fact they didn't attempt to deliver my package. Plus my order doesn't even require a signature to no "attempt" is even required, JUST LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR! Customer service is no help either! Now I have to drive 40 minutes to get a package that I paid $50 in shipping for?!?!?! read more

Paid for 2-day shipping it's been 5 days now still no package. They claim that they attempted delivery yesterday they did not I work from home I am here they never showed up let alone attempted to deliver. next thing they say it'll be here today by 8:00 p.m., NOPE, never showed. Calling customer service is a joke. When I asked the customer service rep when am I actually going to finally receive my package "Eh. Maybe Fri." No explanation no apologies no nothing, and MAYBE?? Extremely unprofessional and they screw the customer over. I shipped my documents from them and they were very slow. I also purchased a car mount suction cell phone holder. Opened it up, in the parking lot, and it was defective and missing a part. The mount was for my done so he went in to return it and they wouldn't exchange it. I went back in and complained and they could have given 2 rats rears that my brand new purchase worked properly. STORE POLICY doesn't do returns or refunds on JUNK they sell and they don't care. I guess they can waste their time dealing with my CUSTOMER FRIENDLY credit card who'll be denying them payment. I but materials 100 times the price of this item everywhere and get refunds or exchanges all the time. As a contractor I guarantee my work but not them. Don't even bother wasting your time with this store, they're crooks and their policy should be illegal. Well congratulations Fed Ex I guess I'll be using another shipper and printer for the next 3 years that I'll be working on our construction project just down the street. read more

Excellent customer service!! I was rushing on my lunch break to send 3 packages that were extremely important returns. This was at the last minute for me since the shop I was returning to wouldn't take them. The FedEx lady there was so professional and helpful in what was essentially a last chance to keep my phone and internet services without destroying my credit. I'd never been to FedEx before and I am so pleased I will be using the services in the future by first choice. read more

They certainly are functional and get the job done but this is not a store so don't expect a nice interior or customer-oriented staff, this place isn't that at all. It's simply a warehouse. I ordered a rather large package from Amazon (weighing 40 lbs.) and had to request a pickup to this location, which I didn't have the choice of. Close enough to me, so whatever. I parked my car, at the "World Office" office which isn't well marked, and made my way into a dated and crowded Fedex shop. They brought my package out quickly enough on a squeaky old cart and just left it there for me. No help, no offer to help lift it into my vehicle. Good thing I can lift. So that peeved me off. Kind of rude, considering I'm obviously going to have to struggle to lift the heavy package into my SUV. So I won't be returning here again. read more

My package was supposed to be delivered by the end of May. Tomorrow I will have to go pick it up. After calling three times to confirm my address and having them say they will have it sent to my house, it never arrived. They said they were unable to locate my address. this has been the worse shipping experience I have ever had! The package was a 2 day shipping sent on Aug 31 and we still dont have it. Fedex assured it would be delivered by Sept3, and it wasn't, then they saidSept 4th for sure and it hasn't. One source said call Mich ship center on Melrose but now they say its in Romulus and no ship date is available. Every call I make I get a different response. Lots of hi tech on your website but its useless! One source said to go to the Melrose site and pick it up....glad I didn't, its not there. Package arrived in Mich late last nite....how hard can it be to deliver from there with 24 hours to play with. I even had one agent tell me there was a festival blocking the road.....really. couldn't your hi tech have seen that ahead of time. I have packages that come to my house sometimes and I am not home, thus, I have to pick them up from this location. Every time I am here, there is no or little wait, and my package is quickly retrieved for me. Highly recommend. read more
