I went to FedEx across from Southland Mall on Eureka, Taylor, Mich to return an item and walked in and was cheerfully greeted by a young woman, I appreciate that. Store was clean and organized. I waited 5 minutes, the customer ahead of me was just finishing up. My item was packed in a sturdy box with plenty of packing material. Woman scanned the return code to put on the box from my phone and gave me a receipt. Easy In Easy Out, so quick and convenient. I had ordered a A package from the online store and it was delivered to Fed Ex on Thursday. Their tracker said it would be delivered to my home on Friday. It required a signature. I made myself available on Friday but it never showed up. Then I checked again and it was changed to Monday. I made myself available for Monday also. It was changed to Tuesday but I had to work on Tuesday. I called Fed Ex on Tuesday and asked them to have the driver deliver the package after 3:30 on Wednesday. Fed Ex attempted delivery at 10:30 in the morning after I asked them to deliver at after 330. Now I have one more day before it is sent back to the store and then I was told today from the person on the phone at Fed Ex that Fed Ex driver can decide when they want to leave it. I will tell everyone I can about Fed Ex, and also not use them again. Why would the Fed Ex care if I get what I ordered? read more

Gosh am I annoyed! So tired of explaining my brains out. I'm not sitting on the phone with customer service with the place I bought stuff asking for another return shipping label. I've been at FedEx for literally an hour already. Apparently they can't scan the barcode they created, so I need to go get a new one. Since they couldn't scan the barcode, they made me rent their damn computer to print out the label myself. I couldn't even print out. I didn't have a Login ID number of a password so I couldn't even access the file and guess what? They CHARGED ME for using THIER COMPUTER because THEY couldn't use the label that I printed. I had to pay $10 for nothing. In the end they couldn't even get me my label. I had to go to a different fedEx to ship my things. Very unhappy. read more

I never realized how fast and convenient FedEx stores were. I just left the one in Taylor, and Bonni, the associate, was helpful and efficient. To all the people complaining about the price, please know that FedEx is a CORPORATE BUSINESS. This means the staff has NOTHING to do with your pricing and it will be the same pricing at any FedEx Office you go to across the United States. Common sense individuals know that due to COVID everything has gone up. If you are shipping international and YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS you choose FedEx. If you want cheap, fast, and not have a clue where your package is overseas then feel free to use the post office. This store is heavily under-staffed so if you're an impatient, rude a-hole then just go somewhere else. The lines are long because too many incompetent people don't know how to use their phone, send a damn fax, or they don't even know how to e-mail. Want to help the world? LEARN BASIC TECHNOLOGY FIRST!! It's not about age, or anything. 98% of the long lines here are because ignorant selfish people will hold up the line because "I don't know how to forward an e-mail and I don't feel like learning it". Stop whining about any store that understaffed when most of the state is on unemployment making more sitting at home than working. Look around...most places are UNDERSTAFFED AND STRESSED. Be kind to those who are serving you, and be patient. Hard working people are always at this location. If you're upset you're probably one of the people that "don't feel like learning how to forward your e-mails, learn how to fax, or even TRY to understand what it means to walk into an understaffed location. These places are literally trained to work as hard and as best as they can. None of the staff should become teachers because someone won't learn how to make a damn e-mail, fax, scan, or even TRY to do them on their own first. Wow, I have not had he experience of everyone else reviewing at all. I go here ALL THE TIME to print off teaching supplies, and everyone is always incredibly helpful. They've found coupons for me to use for that order, gone above and beyond helping me when I'm using the self service area, never any complaining when I have an especially complicated print job. I have been to several other print shops, and this is the best pricing and service I've gotten anywhere. read more

The employees are kind of rude and do not explain what every option is to first time users. They also aren't real friendly when you try to make conversation, they think you should know what you are doing and when you ask a question they talk to you like you are stupid. Their printers do not work and the employees don't care. Your whole job is to print stuff, so when you go out of business, don't complain that you don't have a job. read more

I ordered a 200.00 chest freezer from Walmart I live in an apartment our office is closed do to Covid 19. I'm disabled so I get a text saying it was delivered ??? I had to go to all the entrance ways to look for my item. Long and behold the driver put it on the landing by the mailboxes where the mailman wouldn't of been able to deliver mail. I had no way of moving it I had to call my son in Toledo I live in Michigan to leave his job lose a half days pay and give him gas money to come here with a dolly to move it . Anyone could of taken it the box clearly said what it was so I had to sit on the steps and wait for him. I get it about social distance but the driver could of at least brought it to my door and knock and leave . This isn't the 1st time I've had issues 2 years ago my son was getting married I ordered my dress and driver again just left it in the hall and yes that time someone did take it and I had to order another dress not what I wanted and thankfully got it 1 day before the wedding . read more

Wow I don't even know where to begin. I was just in here today trying to get stickers made for the score sheets for adult hockey league. Went in there and none of the employees said anything to me or my friend for ten minutes. Mind you there was only one other customer in the store. After 15 minutes they finally spoke and proceeded to "help" us. We showed him the piece of paper that we wanted to be made into stickers. The guy was like "oh you need to reformat it" okay let me pull a computer out of my anus and fix it when I'm at a printing place with a bunch of computers. So we did email a picture of we wanted to the place. The guy didn't say anything so we left after ten minutes. They also have a poor selection of printing papers. Do not go to this location!!! It took 45 minutes to print about 40 resumes. The manager was lazy and unhelpful. The girls helping me were absolutely lovely. However, they were struggling with the machines and were unsure of how to make a booklet resume. The manager, Jeff, helped our for about 2 minutes when she could not get it printed. He then walked away and was prepping the shipment area. At this point I was the only one in the store. The girls continued to struggle and Jeff helped customers in shipment rather than switching to get mine taken care of (this was at about 30 minutes in) Then the printer jammed and Jeff yelled at the girl who walked over to help to get bach to shipping rather than help the newer girl with the machine. Luckily, she didn't listen to him and continued to help. After 45 minutes I was finally out the door with zero apologies from the clueless manager. I just called and he offered a half apology. Jeff was the worst manager I've encountered. Thanks for wasting to minutes. read more
