We made our first purchase from DNC Wholesale this year 2024. Communication was open from the beginning with Diego and he was very receptive and worked with the brands we wanted to acquire. My goal was to recieve Free People merchandise and I received an assortment of FP and other name brand products in my Urban clothing order. Bought from DNC wholesale and transaction and shipping went smooth. But the items are garbage. To this day still haven't sold anything. The good brands they sent are really odd styles and nobody would buy them. The lesser known brands are bad. Better styles are 3 standard deviations out in sizing. Like a XXL. 30% will probably take me a many years to sell. 10% probably in a couple of years. Other 60% uhm well that's garbage. Goodwill it is. Now each price per piece is not even profitable. A clear middleman, but I went in knowing that. Since other lots are way too big. He definitely buys in big lots and handpicks the good stuff for himself. I kind of want to burn everything, but there goes all my money. Obviously no refunds. Pretty mad, but somewhat my fault. Purchasing without a clear manifest, but only on manifests from the past which are obviously bullshit because DNC wholesale makes those sample manifests look better than they actually are. Hopefully this review doesn't get deleted. Goddamn. I just want my money back, don't even care about profiting at this point. Yup ranting for daysss. read more

This was the first time I tried purchasing wholesale and I was extremely unsatisfied, to the point that I made a yelp account specifically for the purpose of submitting a review. As a first time buyer, you would think DNC would treat you better, or at least give you what you ask for. My experience with this company was not what I expected. I purchased "new" lots, and some of the items came defective and used, and some were missing items (yes, I counted and took inventory). I was also given random Items, which I have absolutely no use for. If you look for reviews on this company, at first glance you will notice 5 star ratings, but if you look carefully the ratings only came from 1 or 2 people, which are probably employers. Do not waste your money. These people will make money from first time buyers, and poor experience will lead to loss of customers. DNC will basically tell you what you want to hear, so that you buy from them. Technically, they are not scammers, but in a way they are. DNC works with loopholes, offering lot descriptions that are not very specific, giving you one or two good brand items and the rest comes from cheap brands. In addition, when I bought my lot, I paid $10 per unit, some of the items still had store labels (others where peeled off) with a lower price (low as in 1cent. I'm not writing this as part of a malicious act, I'm writing this to encourage consumers to make informed choices. The only compensation offered by this company when I complained was a discount on future purchases.. These lots are expensive and are not worth the trouble or the items inside.. Never again. The employee whom I worked with was Diego, he was also the only employee I saw when I went to visited on multiple occasions.. Which is pretty sketchy. read more

I've been a customer of DNC for about a year and ordered a few lots of handbags. I buy and sell designer handbags. The 1st lot was totally awesome -these are customer returns so I know what to expect but almost all were in sellable condition and each was wrapped individually in a nice plastic bag (that I can use) and packed nicely. Many were even new with tags. The manifest was almost 100% accurate - 1 or 2 were a little different than what was stated but from experience from other suppliers, this is typical. They receive the items from Macy's and if Macy's makes a mistake -it's not fault of DNC. Sometimes the tags on the item are incorrect but Macy's just includes what they receive back but being an experienced seller, I know what to look for. The 2nd lot came in about 3 months ago- more items that were damaged than the 1st, a few were not sellable but again, this is expected when buying returns. About 10-15% are damaged or not sellable but that's expected. All returns are not in 100% perfect condition - hence return! The only thing is I pay via Behalf, which sends money to DNC, which then places order to Macy's - Macy's ships to DNC and then I get a shipping confirmation. Usually 3 week turnaround with 90 day terms so about a month is wasted waiting and crunches cash flows but working with dept store and have to order after I pay takes time. I work with other suppliers who have items in their stock, which I can get a lot faster - within 3 days of ordering and they offer terms, which I use. BUT the prices DNC offers per unit are much less, which I can then take savings and repair the items to get a higher quality product. Overall, DNC is great to work with. Diego replies quickly and keeps me updated very often and answers questions. I just ordered a 3rd lot and have reasonable expectations this will meet my needs, if not DNC will work with me. It's a great company that sells items directly from Macy's, which is a trusted dept store and all items are authentic. read more
