They had no right to depreciate my property, and I wonder what the eventual end of the line was for the painting. On the other, hand if it was an honest sale; I could not imagine anyone being so negligent with another's property, in my opinion. When I asked about the negligence, they said they thought I told them to sell it for $345. To the contrary, I made no such direction as my conversations and emails would attest. We set up a date/time for me to come into the store. When I arrived at the store she was most pleasant. She spent a great deal of time looking at the diamond pendant, and suggested that I forgo a GIA certification. She spent time letting me know everything about the diamond and completed research right in front of me. The entire experience was a throw back to days of old when a shop owner was interested in you and your concerns over possibly making a sale.
