Because of the aluminum truck bed body the shop I previously used could not fix it. So I searched around and called some well known body shops that did aluminum body work and they declined to see my truck. Thanks to Yelpers that left earlier reviews for Chang's I called and came to them. They saw me the same day which was great because I had taken off the day from work. BEST part was I was actually able to leave my truck in capable hands. They did ALL the work contacting and working with my insurance company, AAA (who did an awesome job too). Simon and his crew kept me updated along the process. Happy to report the work was great and the calibrating of the truck sensors were perfect too. Every one I went to. And prices that just seemed nearly outrageous as well. Then I came to Steve's Mobile Paint and Dent Repair shop. I could tell immediately I was dealing with a 'normal' business owner that would prove to me that he wasn't some one trying to make a fast buck, or lay some sales pitch on me how it's going to be some outrageous amount. I'm not sure how to put it in words well, but the bottom line is that I immediately felt I was dealing with an HONEST, and Considerate person who genuinely wished to help me and not find ways to gouge me in price nor the 'con' job of what needed to be done. In fact, he showed me how some of the body defects were in fact something that could be buffed out easily. All the other seven body shops had just tallied that area of concern as requiring well over a thousand dollars to 'repair' - when in fact, it was a simple buff and polish and gone, at well, well less that the thousands all the other shops had told me it would cost. What I've learned out of all these shops I had gone to, is that they will attempt to make you believe you need to pay thousands when often some of the 'defects' could be done at a huge fraction of the price. Could Steve had done what all these other body shops had? And got me for much more than what they all knew could be done for less?? But he didn't. That is HONESTY. That is INTEGRITY. That is a GOOD and FAIR businessman!!! He's ONE man that I would trust anytime to repair my vehicle, and would come back again and again. And, anyone that values honesty and integrity, coupled with excellent work and service, would never go anywhere else!

This is what happened and my gods honest experience working with this collision center. I crashed my brand new 2024 Kia EV6 GT, no one else involved, the car was essentially totaled, or at least I thought it was.. I had the car for a couple days, yet I had forgot to insure it. Yes, huge bonehead move, I know.. The day the accident happened, I apprehensively looked for a local shop with solid reviews praying for a shop to pop up locally. I know what to look for with my previous background in working in the auto industry, selling high end used exotic cars for 4+ years and at Mercedes Benz.. I saw this collision center, decided to call and immediately Pablo answered. I told him the situation, within 30 minutes he was at my house looking at the car in person, the owner of the shop .. Upon meeting Pablo, I noticed his attention to detail, kind manor, and his expertise was clear to me from his assessment of the vehicle just in person that day. I knew I was really really screwed NO insurance, this car was 63k and had the most recent high end tech, I needed help and I was SO nervous choosing a shop and being taken advantage of... yet something about Pablo and his approach, showing care and understanding, just his nature in general... I trusted him and I took the leap - I decided to go with him and his collision center. Throughout the entire process, Pablo and his team kept me updated every step of the way, he approached the car in a manor so that he could hopefully decrease the amount I had to spend out of pocket, starting from the front of the car working to the back. Guys and girls, this car was a MESS. Within a period of months Pablo, his friendly professional techs, and kind front office department called me and had my car completely fixed, it literally looks brand new again like nothing ever happened. I'm talking immaculate, it drives EXACTLY the same. You should have seen my face when I saw the car. It was shocking, almost the entire suspension, rims, front bumper, headlight, the list goes on .. everything fixed. Pablo saved me THOUSANDS, instead of just ordering the parts because he could, he literally ordered them as he proceeded to work on the car, assessing each part individually as it was removed from the vehicle, he wouldn't let me pay for the parts until the work was officially underway and that he was confident he had all the right parts and was ready to go essentially for a rebuild of roughly 60-70% of the car as a whole. If you do have insurance, or don't... which I never suggest.. or you have a car with minor or major damage and need help like I did .. don't just go to one of the big local behemoth collision centers, there's money on the table - always... and if you want someone you can actually TRUST that has YOUR best interest in mind and not their own... well you found the right place. You wouldn't believe the lengths this man went to get this car done, the day it was done, he wouldn't give it to me because he wanted to have it professionally detailed (which he covered) being as he wasn't happy returning a car that wasn't - perfect (couple water marks and sediment built up on paint that wouldn't come out from the standard wash they did, basic being as car had to be outside for months while being worked on)... if that doesn't tell you what type of gentleman he is and his obsession with expertise and to detail.. I don't know what will. To pablo and your team - thank you. You saved me so much money, time, and energy. I just sat back, and left it in their hands, don't look elsewhere. This is the shop you should go with. Simply put. I don't write reviews or take time out of my day to do things like this - unless it's deserved. I had my car fixed about two years ago here and the work done was great, 10/10 , but the customer service that Angie gives is beyond disappointing. Unfortunately I got rear ended recently & my attorney referred me here again & me having forgot that I had to deal with Angie for the whole process I agreed. Once again my car came out great aside from some issues that had to be fixed the service on the car was really good, but Angie's customer service , -10/10 . It's unfortunate she's still employed with the way she acts. My car was in this shop for a little over a month and so I would call here and there just to get a quick update. The phone calls were draining & the responses I would get from her were either excuses or just plain sarcastic responses. I would ask for the owners number because I I reached a point where I just did not want to have to deal with her disrespect & she always had excuses or would just tell me she couldn't provide it. I finally was told my car was ready so I came to pick it up , mind you it was a 30minute drive, all for my car to have to stay again because of an issue that had to be fixed. When I was here she was yelling at me, talking to the mechanic about me in a very disrespectful manner, she was laughing, and honestly acting like a complete child. As I first arrived there was an older lady in there as well asking for an estimate & she even noticed how rude Angie was being. She even went ahead and called enterprise and demanded they pick up my rental immediately when my car wasn't even fully ready. Enterprise then called me and I explained the situation & they even acknowledged Angie is difficult and unprofessional. Finally after making a whole scene for no reason, she finally gave me Pablo's number which is the owner, he was professional and apologized and I explained the situation to him and assured me he spoke to her. I returned again today, this time with my mom, to finally pick up my car , and she was still snappy but nothing compared to 2days ago. It does surprise me how she's able to treat customers like this and still get away with it. The work that is done here does take a bit longer but it is really good . Although, I do feel the need to give one star because unfortunately you have to deal with Angie through the whole process and it is the most exhausting situation to be in when you already have to deal with an accident situation. I hope Angie can find it in her to do better and at least look a little happier because she gives off very negative energy. At the end of the day I'm just happy to have my car back & not have to deal with Angie any longer . After today, I will no longer be giving this place any of my energy .

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.
