I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

Mike and Tony demonstrate their expertise in the import tuner world. They were able to fit my slightly aggressive wheel set up with the ride height of my car to avoid rubbing under my wheel wells. Recently had my car raised on different springs for comfort. Again, they were able to align the car correctly. I've been to many commercial tire shops and they could never get my steering wheel and direction of travel straight even after numerous trips for adjustments. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

I was a huge fan from watching all of their videos, only to be completely disappointed with my…read morefirst visit to the shop. I went in for an A1 service, and a full vehicle inspection (oil change, tire rotation, and full car inspection with notes). I also added notes when I arrived based on what I experienced with my car on the way there. (vibration at certain speeds/ odd thunk). When I came back, I was told that they did not do the car inspection, and that they drove the car around to try and recreate the notes, but said they didn't hear or feel anything. Christian also realized that they missed something with my car and rushed my car back to the shop cuz they forgot to do the tire rotation. So I had to wait another 20+ minutes after the initial 1.3 hrs. they've had the car. Other than that, no notes about the car's wear & tear, no other notes with feedback on anything else my car may need. We've had the car 6 years and I brought it in for the inspection so I could see what needs done, and save up for it. This shop couldn't even be bothered to give me any other notes about the car. Not even the windshield wipers or suspension which other shops would have been happy to point out. When I pulled away and left, the car's low tire pressure light came on. This was now a huge red flag. I came back asking to see if they checked my tire pressure. They said they didn't cuz I didn't ask for it. This is the most BS thing I've ever heard. I have never had a shop tell me that they don't even check for your pressure, and that I had to ask for it. This also tells me they didn't check any of my fluids cuz they didn't include any info, even tire wear levels in my receipt. I rely on my vehicle for my job, and with my life for safety. When they finally got this tatted guy to come to the car to add air to my tires, he gave me the dirtiest look as he walked past. I was not rude at any point, stayed calm, and asked nicely and politely. I left quietly as soon as he finished adding air to my tires. So yeah, not for me. I was nice, kind, patient, no Karen moments, just polite. They were careless, stand-offish, and dicks to me. I got a lot less for my money, I feel ripped off, and now I have to go to Americas Tire Co. to have them double check my tires before I drive from Irvine to Lake Elsinore and back, something I do for work a few times every week. Don't fall for the hype. William saw me a few times and heard my concerns, but never stepped up to help out. Great show of leadership and customer care there William. I got charged a premium only to do the bare minimum with no care for the customers. Such a disappointment and waste of time and money.
