I made a huge mistake hiring someone on Facebook Marketplace who claimed to do body repair to do paint repair for some scratches on my Tesla. There was overspray of the clear coat and paint. Lessons learned. Never again. This body shop came to the rescue. They did a color sand of the finish which took a few days. It is not perfect but ninety percent better. I had an accident on December 18 fortunately, it was just my left side driver mirror that needed to be replace.I had talked to my insurance rep for progressive. They weren't very helpful or empathetic. Quality assured collusion center had many positive reviews. In a reviews. The person said he would work out a deal for you. December 22 I got to the shop after 8 AM. They came out checked my car went back into the office called the parts place. He came out saying he found one that was painted white. My car was blue. I said oh you don't have to paint it. He said, are you leaving today? If you can wait until tomorrow, noon I can paint it. I said sounds like a great deal. Thank you. The crazy part was when I left I forgot to leave my keys behind. I didn't notice this until later in the afternoon. I called back and said hey do you need my keys? The lady at the desk said we did realize we forgot to get them, but we were able to do the job without them. She said your car is completed. I came back the next morning around 9:30 a.m. My car looked great! It was nice to be able to go back and thank the gentleman that helped me get my car fixed. My girlfriend had come to drop me off there in the morning and said hey maybe I need to get my car checked because it's got a ding on it. So the lady in the office came out and gave her a quote. Nothing better than being treated with warm friendly service from all staff members. I didn't expect the service to be so quick but I am very grateful with this too. I found out that they also do mechanical work. I'd rather have a small business do my maintenance on my car then having to go to the dealership and pay those ridiculous prices. I had some minor damage on the bumper panel of my 4Runner and decided it needed to be corrected. I sent an email to Quality Assured Collision Center this past weekend not expecting to get a response back until normal business hours Monday. I was surprised to see a response back on Sunday. I exchanged a couple emails with Marianne and she said I could bring the vehicle to their shop on Monday afternoon to take a look at it. I showed up around 2pm and met Marianne who then brought over one of her technicians to check it out. They said it wouldn't be a problem getting the panel back in alignment so I took a seat in the waiting area while the technician pulled my 4Runner into a work bay. About 30 minutes later, Marianne came back and told me they were done with the repair and asked if I wanted to check it out. I went outside and couldn't believe the quality of the job. You couldn't even tell there had been damage to the bumper. It looked like nothing ever happened. When we first went over the damage, I asked her if they did paint touch-ups and showed her a couple spots. Not only did they fix my bumper, Marianne also took the time to do paint correction on one spot and remove some contact abrasions on another panel. I was totally impressed with the quality of their work and couldn't believe the great price they charged me. I tried to get them to take more but they wouldn't do it. You won't find that kind of service every day. If I ever need any other body or paint work, Quality Assured Collision Center will be where I take all my vehicles. Great work! read more

Got my car repaired here after a pretty major accident. I was fine, but my car was not. Throughout the whole process, Marianne and the rest of the team have been helpful and friendly. My car's repairs took quite a while due to the damage and some parts being ordered, but they kept me in the loop the whole time. They also remembered me every time I called about an update or question. Marianne has been with the business for 15+ years and is the picture perfect definition of an expert in the business. She also was able to deal with my insurance company to ensure things were taken care of, even when they were being a bit difficult. She is knowledgeable and truly knows her stuff. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my car in their care, and it left the shop running like the accident never happened. Hopefully I never have car issues again, but if I do I definitely will be returning here! Side note, I called Caliber Collision before here since I had used them for a minor incident before. The Caliber employee was rude over the phone and in addition, told me just to get an estimate it would be a 2+ month wait since I'm not with a preferred insurance partner. I was driving to work eaaarly in the morning when I hit something I didn't see, and came this angry man demanding $10 for his now broken skateboard. When I told him I had no cash on me, he told me to "get the f" out of his face, and then a loud thud. He smashed my left tail light. This frustrating interaction along with the on and off pouring of rain made me stress so much about my tail light, and also the thought of buying a new tail light AND getting it fixed. I was told it was an easy fix, but I decided to have professionals do it for me so I don't accidentally make it worse, and I'm so glad I went to this establishment! Like any person with social anxiety, I quietly pulled up, confused as who to talk to or where exactly to go, but I was approached by a lady (I didn't get her name!) who assisted me. Hiten assisted me as well. He's very kind and sociable, and made me feel comfortable! The guy who fixed my tail light also had such a nice energy. Loved them all! The employees are friendly and seem to enjoy each other's company, which always makes for a positive environment overall, which means great customer service. I don't hope that my car will go through any more damages soon, but if it does, I surely will go to this place! We love to support great businesses.
