Work was okay. Said they did more than they actually did, said they fixed a quarter panel that never was damaged in the first place. Didn't fully fix the other. They're mostly just looking out for themselves. Very nice upfront, but poor communication over the process of the repairs and completion dates. As many others have pointed out, both Alan (don't let him manipulate you) and Trishal (Trey) are unprofessional. Fly by night, manipulative and toxic, putting on a show to fool people. Their quality of work is poor and they are extremely slow -- you can get much better pricing at Siggy's auto in Los Angeles, or at any of the nearby body shops across the street in Cypress. The autobody shop across the street from ARCO literally said the quality of their work is "garbage", LOL. Don't be fooled by their pricing -- they'll use it as bait and then begin manipulating you the minute they can. I've confirmed the above not only based on my experiences, but having spoken to former employees who have left due to the toxicity, lies and overall deceitful behavior. Other body shops in the area 1. On my last car they over sprayed the front bumper and purposely broke/damaged my radiator housing causing a leak. How do I know they damaged the radiator housing? When I dropped off the car, the car had radiator coolant which indicates there was no leak. On picking up the car, the radiator coolant had leaked and there was a hole in the base. On going back, Alan put on a show and mentioned "No, we didn't even go there or touch it..." and Trey articulated how the radiator housing was next to the radiator and was damaged during the accident. This was Trey's attempts to plant a seed, but what he didn't realize is I had photos from when I dropped the car off and there were no leaks. Alan's pride and ego was hurt because I had mentioned I will purchase parts (used or from eBay, which I did); both Alan and Trishal had the audacity to try and make fun of me wanting to save on costs, only making the situation more embarrassing for themselves. As usual, he had the audacity to say "Leave the car and key"; he then decides how to "play" the customer and concoct stories, as others have also pointed out. Note, I came the following day and paid $53 with my part for repair. 2. I've had to ask them to repaint certain cars despite them taking over a week to paint simple parts like one bumper etc. Alan is an expert in coming up with excuses and reasons because he is short staffed or pressed for resources. Totally respect and understand how small businesses work, but you don't consistently lie and give false dates and then have customers chase you repeatedly. To make things worse, to then have areas not painted properly or over sprayed? They charge 3 times the price for very low quality work. Alan has a loud mouth - he will bad mouth bodyshops and folks in Santa Ana, Garden Grove etc. and he will even bad mouth former clients who have left negative reviews, and his focus is to use these tactics to influence people for business. In fact, out of nowhere, during one of my initial visits he attempted to pre-empt my thoughts by claiming a former client had not paid and asked for discounted pricing. He will do the same with this review, and ask yourself: Why would so many neighbors say the same things about Alan and Trey (Trishal) regarding low quality work? 3. I'll end on a funny note. On their website they mentioned they offer SMOG services so I called and asked Trishal if they do SMOG services and Alan called back to leave a voice message and Trishal said yes. So, I said great and went to the shop. He then disappeared for over 45 mins at which point I asked Alan where Trishal and my car were and if they had the diagnostic tools, and Alan only mentioned Trishal would be back soon. LOL, Trishal took my car across the street, which I could have done myself. Why would you lie about something so straightforward and simple? Alan had also mentioned they were selected to paint cars for Autonation Toyota. I smiled. I called the shop and was told to drop by to get an estimate. And the rest was history! Everything was seamless. Trishal was awesome. He gave me an estimate and turn around time with the repairs. He even dropped me off at the car rental. I saw some review saying they didnt meet the promised time? Well they finished mine a day early than promised! And it was awesome. This is by far the worst body shop! It's own by father ans son. When they first fixed my car.. it seemed to be great but the deal from the passenger door made it seem like my window was down especially driving on the freeway. It drove me nuts. I got into another accident a year later. And trish said he would fix the seal with no additional cost even though it had been a year passed by.. but when I brought it into the shop; his dad said the body shop didnt repair my car. When picking up the vehicle he wouldn't honor the quoted price or payments even though I had it all in texts. As I was washing my car I noticed that the driver door and passenger door didn't match. My driver door was foggy and the passenger door was shiny. He also didn't match the car the same cover as factor. It has been painted a similar color but no metallic. When I address this to trish; he said he couldn't find something to match so he did the best he could. Don't waste your time here. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! I received other estimates for my bumper repair and this shop was willing to work with me and was able to offer me the lowest price. Trey was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything that was needed to be done. They were even able to drive me home when I dropped off my car for service. Upon picking up my car, they not only fixed my bumper(it looked absolutely brand new even though my car is 10 years old) but went above and beyond. They cleaned my headlights and replaced my brake light. I felt so blessed and honored. I received great service! As a woman, I usually absolutely dread going to car shops because you feel like you may be quoted more and/or receive just nonchalant/rude service, but not here. I took my car in for front damage and they charged me for the repair. It looked fine but it started falling apart after 2 months. I called them to let them know and Atul became defensive, very angry and yelled throughout the conversation. Quality is very poor. I would not recommend this place or ever come back. I drove around in search of a reputable and honest auto body shop and this shop and the owners over exceeded all expectations. The repair work is flawless and the car was like brand new. I honestly couldn't believe it. Their pricing was very reasonable and most of all they were very quick in getting the repairs done for the amount of work they did. All the other places quoted us at well over $2000, while A&T offered us $1800 to fix the car. Not only was it a deal, but their customer service was great. Everyone was friendly, they called to update me with relevant info, and of course they fixed the car perfectly. After they fixed the car, it looked brand new. Sideswiped a pole while trying to park and scraped the passenger side pretty bad. This reveiw is based on my recent experience with A & T Body Shop doing business in Cypress, CA. When you spend your hard-earned money to have your car painted, you expect your car to look it like just came off the factory line. Not at this place. My car looks like it was just painted and NOT in a good way. First warning sign was the original promised date wasn't met. I ignored this sign because I get that this could happen. But when the new promised date approached, the car still wasn't ready. I told them to hold on to the car as I had to leave town. When I got back 5 days later, the car still wasn't ready. At this point I was frustrated but tried to be understanding and told them "no worries, just do a good job". The car had no major damage. All I wanted was to give my 6 year old car a facelift. The car was ready after 15 days and they were still working on the car when i got there around noon and had to go back later that evening. Got home and noticed that the paint didn't match. they used the wrong paint color, which was slight but noticeable under the light. I also noticed that the paint was peeling at the base of the satellite antenna and surface around the base was jagged (see pictures) also had air/dust bubbles on the roof and quarter panel which is noticable on a black car. I took the car back the next day and they repainted the areas they worked on. Again the car wasn't ready on the promised date and again I told them " no worries, just do a good job". Looks like they got the paint to match but now the base of the antenna has waves on the paint and is uneven, looks like they just put a thick coat of paint or clear coat to cover up their previous mistake. The car still has a lot of issues such as overspray, paint drips, trim of the car wasn't properly sanded down, paint missing in areas they had masked off with tape (around tail lights and both rear side window trims, rear window trim), air/dust bubbles, scratches and masking tape lines all over the trim of car (Finer details is important on a black car, you see everything). I went back to complain and they gave me all kinds of excuses. One excuse the owners son Trey used that pissed me off was that I rushed them...WTF! If you want to just slap some paint on your car and don't care about the quality, this is the place for you. If you want a professional job, this place is NOT for you. I chose this place because I saw positive reviews, and they have 4 of 5 stars, but I should've paid more attention to the negative reviews. In hindsight, I probably should have gone to one of those mobile paint less ding/dent repair, bumper restoration guys, or just live with the blemishes. read more

First, this shop may not look like much, and the ease in which you can leave your vehicle and pick up your vehicle may be deceiving. However, the quality of their work and the attention to detail is stellar. Whatever issue you may have they will put your mind at ease. I have had two vehicles in my family repaired here ("No", we are not bad drivers). They have repaired them as good as new and did it all in a timely manner. They contacted us to let us know what was going on with the repairs, if parts were back ordered, and estimated time of completion. My vehicle had some mechanical problems and Trey arranged for them to get analyzed and fixed (with his input) by a dealer. So Why Not Use Them!!! The shop is within walking distance to a local Enterprise, because they don't always pick you up. This all adds up to excellent service, friendly courteous treatment, and a feeling like you really matter to them. Hands down the place you should go if you need body work. read more

My wife's RAV4 had a pretty good size dent and a smaller one on the lift gate closer to the bottom left side of the bumper with some paint chips as well. I called around and got quotes from other body shops, none which really seemed very "professional" to say the least. That's when I came across A & T body shop, I brought the car in for an estimate and was greeted by Trishal. I let him know my situation and was very knowledgeable and explained to me the entire process that would go into getting the lift gate fixed. I also want to mention how professional and friendly Trishal was, we joked around, talked about cars, and exchanged a few words. By the end of it I let him know I'd be bringing the car in on Tuesday and let me know it would take 3 days to be done. I come and pick it up Saturday and I was running late he even stayed open 30 minutes after so I can get the car. These guys are cheaters .... like Father like Son...the do not give a specific time frame... when you call to check up on car they talk very rude or dont pick up at all....Beware my car has oil leaks that I never had issue before ...they are rip of and dont repair car properly (my car has over spray where it was repaired) ...instead of replacing panel and door they just repaired it !!!!
