Absolutely do NOT recommend Diamond Collision. I took my Tesla here for repairs, and from the start, I was uncomfortable. They kept pushing me to let them "enhance the damage" to get more money from my insurance (AAA), which gave me a weird vibe. I ignored my gut and gave them the benefit of the doubt--big mistake. Just had a follow-up repair at another shop, and they informed me that none of the parts Giovani and his mother were supposed to replace were actually incorrectly repaired. They took the insurance money and pocketed it instead. This is straight-up insurance fraud, and I'm furious. If you value your car, your money, and your peace of mind--stay away from this shop. read more

Diamond Collision really helped me out after my car accident. I regretfully trusted the tow truck driver originally and allowed them to tow my car to another place (Global Collision in Garden Grove) and my experience with Diamond Collision was exactly as it should be. First let me preface by saying, Global Collision are a pack of rabid wolves, preying on anybody and everybody. They kept my car for 18 days, charging their ridiculous storage fees and charging me $350 for a quote I NEVER received. The at-fault-party's adjuster was trying to obtain the quote and for whatever reason they wouldn't supply one. Then when I wanted to have my car picked up and towed to Diamond Collision, they told me I had to pay the fees, which were $1800, IN CASH or they wouldn't release my car. Every single person who works in this trade was shocked they held my car hostage and demanded CASH PAYMENT. Now, with Diamond Collision, my experience was the complete opposite from Day 1. The day they got my car, they provided myself and the insurance adjuster with a quote in 2 HOURS. So why Global Collision couldn't get us a quote in 18 Days still baffles me. I came here in need of a repair! As you walk up to the front door, it has a sign that states mask needed before entering. I was greeted right away by Nathaly the receptionist. The front desk area is very spacious. I let her know what was wrong with my car and she called up the operations manager Giovanni to come look at my issue. He took notes and wrote me up an estimate. This was $400 less than what the dealer quoted me. So I left my car to be repaired. Nathaly kept in contact with me to let me know the progress of my car and when it would be ready. This review was long overdue. When we crashed our Van a few months ago it is very very important to get it repaired and back on the road as soon as possible. When other collision centers either turn us down or didn't have room for weeks I explained my situation to diamond and they accommodated. Don't get me wrong they were super busy but they understood understood as a business to business how important it is to keep on running. They picked up my Van the very next day and had it back to me within 2 weeks...
