I think credit must be given to where credit is due , I had my hair done by Naya and she did such a great job! After I got it done unfortunately honestly someone ..... my husband was like it's to low add more on top! So I went back and requested to add more color on top, and when we did that my whole hair color changed. I dint know this but I guess hair toner can do that. I was so hurt because it took me so long to get my hair done and have finally virgin hair to work on. Well long story short i messaged her , she stayed calm and patient I was a mess ! She explained to me that with washing it several times it will wash out so I trusted her professional advice and also the owner reached out to me and assured me that after months toner does wash out! I ended up leaving a review and then removing it and adding an updated one and then removing it , because I truly think it was a misunderstanding. I told myself after it washed out I will leave a review again and here I am . glad I can leave this good review to recommend her to others! read more

Absolutely horrible experience with this salon and the artist naya. I have spent over 2k this year going back from black to blonde and they've completely ruined my color and brought me back to brunette. The artist asked me to send pictures of my desired look and she did not even open my messages on IG it says sent and not seen for reference I put my friends message as it says seen once messages have been looked at. Now they have advised me to come back Monday to do a color strip on top of charging me for my service yesterday will also be charging me for another service. My experience sadly was horrible. First, the stylist was all over the place kept leaving my head to work on someone else, leaving another person to finish for her which I feel bad about, the gurl was nice enough though. I went in for a color correction was quoted 300$ when I showed my hair and the pics of what I wanted. She put bleach all over my head instead of sectioning the hair and correcting just what needed to be corrected. My hair was left very very fragile dry and brittle from over processing. Then I was charged 450$ for the results, which my hair is 3 different colors now. I asked for a refund or partial refund since I will have to pay a salon 200$ just to fix this mess and they said no they are unable to. They have unprofessional staff here, stylists dying their own hair while clients are being seen, undertrained so be careful when you book the integrity of your hair might be compromised. The receptionist is weird, came over to help blow dry my hair with the other stylist and stood there frying my hair more in the same spot until I told her to stop, which was awkward. Just an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't mind paying 450$ if it was what I wanted and actually a good experience! If I could give them zero stars I would!! read more

She was super knowledgeable and insightful, and showed me how to style my new hairstyle that I had not gotten done before. I recommend getting hair cut from Reyna Sieck for kids. My appointment was set fast and styler did a great job with my daughter's hair. My daughter had a lot of thick and wavy asian hair. Reyna was able to give me pointers for how to style and find products to care for my daughter's hair type. My daughter was super happy with the suggested hair cut. My daughter has problems with dandruff and sensitive scalp too. After the wash and cut to dry process Reyna gave her some wavy curls and she loves it. All for 65$. I came here because of the great reviews and also a friend came here and was pleased. I called to get a consult and when I came in, I met with the stylist and I explained what I wanted and she assured me that she knew what I wanted and that it would take about two hours. I was sold and made my appointment for the following week. I came in for my appointment and my stylist asked if I had the pictures we discussed? We never discussed photos during my consult, that should've been my first sign, it wasn't going to be a good experience. I told her I didn't know I was suppose to bring photos? She says, no problem, and I explain what I want, Again. I was a bit worried but she was so confident and that she knew exactly what I wanted. I really liked my stylist, she was super friendly and we had a great time chatting. I told her that I had my hair lightened back in June and that I loved the result and I want heavy highlights like I had in June. Three hours later when she starts pulling off the foil, the convos start being less and less. As she is combing my hair, I see chunks flying off, those were the fried ends. The highlights I got looked very ashy and almost a dark gray in color. She reasssures me that it was from the ash toner but it was nothing like I wanted??? She knew I was disappointed but she tells me that it will probably lighten up after a few days. I paid $175 with a $35 tip with hopes that my hair would look more like I expected in a few days. Now, after I've washed my hair, I'm noticing all the ends that have broken off and the color is still the same. I'm noticing a lot more breakage, there's a lot of breakage where my hair was folded in the foil. I didn't want to write this review but after talking to a friend and not getting the result I wanted, I feel like I need to share my experience so it will help others. I doubt I want to go back to have the stylist fix it only because I'm not sure if there's any way to get back all the hair I've lost during the process! All I can do now is to keep conditioning my hair in hope it will get some strength back. read more
