So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.

Once I returned home my phone read "NO SIM CARD FOUND" and the phone edges were chewed up. This same employee forgot to re-install the "SIM CARD" which disabled my phone for nearly 24 hrs. I returned the following day and this same employee tossed this SIM CARD onto the countertop causing the SIM CARD and SIM CARD HOLDER to separate. I walked out disappointed and noticed the phone still read "NO SIM CARD FOUND" while at my vehicle, so I walked back in and this employee stated, "You forgot your SIM CARD." This employee damaged my phone's backplate, failed to install my SIM CARD disabling my phone for nearly 24 hrs, and never implemented any professionalism or integrity. He then blamed me for all his mistakes. Once home I inspected my phone more closely and noticed more damage done by this employee taking my phone apart to install the new battery. Tech told me he would need to order another charge port to replace the one that was malfunctioning and said it would take 4days for delivery. So, they would need to keep my laptop for 7days. I agreed and paid $130 when I picked it up after it was so-called repaired. Four months later my laptop started experiencing the same charging port problem. A Tech with SameDay TechPro came to my resident on 6/04/2026 and took my laptop back off and showed me where Phone Repair Pro did NOT replace the charging port, but used tape and super glue on the damaged original port that they claimed to replace with a new one. Today, 6/06/2026 I took my laptop to their location on 8541 W. Belfort Blvd #A to request a refund and showed clerk the photo images of the tape and super glue their Tech used on my laptop and did NOT install a new port part. The clerk refused my refund request and stated he could fix my laptop, but I would have to pay him again. I told him he did NOT fix my laptop the first time I paid him. He is very deceptive and unprofessional. He lied about replacing the part and declined giving me a refund for work the DID NOT do in Jan. 2026. If I could give this business zero stars I would.
