Brad is the most unprofessional business owner I've ever met. This is the problem when you do business with a company that operates out of his basement. Once I confirmed to have him do my blinds and shutter he stopped picking up his phone, didn't respond to my emails. He promises after sales service but do you really think he will pick up your call to help you if you have an issue with the blinds you purchased from him when he can't even be bothered giving you good service when he's already made the sale from you??!! It took over 3 mos to get the blinds from him and couldn't even schedule a time to install them but since I had guests coming I needed them installed asap, so I had to end up paying someone else to install them for me. Just couldn't keep waiting for him. Very unreliable! And the blinds weren't even the right ones I ordered!! He'll undercut his competitors prices to get your business but that's because he's giving you low quality product! Beware! Don't be fooled by your initial impression of him because that's how he gets you to commit and give him your deposit and bam, you're stuck. read more
