    New screen door

I approached Mike while he was working at a neighbor's house to ask him if he installs screen doors. He came over within half hour and provided a reasonable quote to install a new screen door and a new screen on a rear window. Within 7 days, the custom screen door and window screen were installed. Mike is friendly, honest and detailed in his work. I highly recommend Cross Breeze Screens!

    Yay new screen!

Mike installed new screens for my den and bathroom, he is very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend his company, and his price is very reasonable. He got the Job done in 30 mins. Great experience. 5 star!

New sliding screen door. I went with the medium grade as have no pets currently.

I'm so happy with our new sliding door and window screens! I should have taken a before and after photo. Screen door frame was bent, screen torn from prior pets. New screens look great, slides well, and has a metal, not plastic handle. Mike was so friendly - very nice to work with. All done right outside my home with his mobile unit so I didn't need to do anything. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend Cross Breeze Screens!

Had a good experience. Mike was in constant communication with me and was always responsive. I really appreciate the communication and of course the new screen door. It's a pretty incredible screen door. Check it out: https://youtu.be/meskyaNrqOQ

My wonderful dog came crashing through the screen door at full speed and completely destroyed it! The frame was bent and jammed in the doorway, took me 20 minutes to get it out. Mike to the rescue. He had to order the screen but usually has it in stock. A few days later he came to install it for $150 out the door.

"Big dog" door screens to discourage my whacky Labrador from busting through. Why can't my dog use the doggy-door 18" away?

Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

Instead, we experienced nearly a year of delays, shifting explanations, broken promises, and unresolved warranty issues. The installation was originally promised for January 2025. It didn't occur until June 3, 2025--nearly five months late. Unfortunately, the door arrived with multiple defects that we documented immediately, including a dented frame, paint defects, improperly finished grids, damaged weatherstripping, and screen frames whose paint began peeling during normal wiping and cleaning. To be fair, the subcontractors who performed the structural opening modification were professional and did quality work. Our concerns have never been with them. Our concerns have always been with the condition of the product itself and how The Window Factory handled the problems afterward. We reported every issue on the day of installation. We were assured a technician would be out within a week. That never happened. Consultant James later confirmed the repair items had been approved under warranty. We believed the company would stand behind its product. Instead, weeks became months. Timelines repeatedly changed. We were told repairs were delayed because the company was "waiting on parts." Eventually, after months of waiting, technicians finally returned in November 2025. Despite all of the prior explanations about waiting for parts, no major replacement parts were installed. The visit consisted primarily of cleaning drain/weep holes, replacing some weatherstripping, adjusting one interior lock, and using the same bottle of touch-up paint that had already been left at our home months earlier. The dent remains. The paint and finish defects remain. The screen frames continue peeling during normal cleaning. During that visit, one technician acknowledged the ongoing screen issue and said the office would follow up regarding replacement screens with the factory-applied baked finish we had originally been told they would have. No one ever contacted us. The previously discussed refund was never honored. Our follow-up emails went unanswered. More than six months have now passed since that November visit without any meaningful follow-up. What has disappointed us most is not simply that a product had defects. Manufacturing problems can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Throughout this process we tried repeatedly to resolve the matter privately. We accepted compromises. We continued giving additional opportunities to correct the issues. We remained patient through months of delays. Unfortunately, the communication became increasingly inconsistent, commitments were not fulfilled, and the matter was ultimately left unresolved. We paid more than $10,000 for what was represented as a premium custom installation with warranty support. Instead, we were left with a damaged product, unfinished repairs, unresolved warranty issues, and a company that ultimately stopped following through. Our hope is that sharing our experience helps future homeowners make a fully informed decision before signing a contract.

Buyer beware. The sales folks are amazingly kind and good. As you can see from other reviews…read more But as soon as there is a problem, the company is pretty cut throat. You have a long warranty so you need to be able to know that the company can be trusted. I was hoping that they would approve a change order. But instead it looks like I will have to cancel the contract altogether because they are unwilling to do so. My experience is such that the general manager lied about the late cancellation fee and was looking for me to pay more than the contracted amount. Of course I'm willing to follow the contract required payment. But, it appears he is trying to scam me to pay more. Either way, very unethical dealings. I may have to go to small claims court to end this relationship with this company. Glad I found out now before I committed $20k to the project.

We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

Within five months, she came home and said they fired the senior accountant who had been there for many, many years, made her senior accountant, and gave her an 86% raise. Alexander is soon to become owner's son, Steve Anderson. He and my wife chose to havehad an abortion, possibly my child, under his instruction. Alexander at 18 and again at 21 impregnated two separate African American girls/teenage women and insulted them by denying these women any acknowledgement once he knew he impregnated them. Both women had to take Alexander to court and force Alexander by court order paternity test. In both cases he drug these too poor extremely young and at risk underprivileged women to the mental break. Forcing them to fight for there God given and American right. Both paternity test were conclusive. Alexander was in fact the farher. In cases this white man chose to never talk too, never see, and throw away any memory of the human boys he in fact so willing has sexual relationships probably lying to both girls. He is above them and above his two sons that are court ordered and handsomely paid one payment to leave this devil. Then he had a longtime affair with another Filipina in his office and paid her a lump sum on a non-disclosure. My wife told me because she cut the check and said it was a lot of money. Then he could have cut a check for my wife for $223,000 for having sex with my wife in the workplace a couple of months before she left me and kidnapped our daughter and fled to the Philippines, and has since come back and been working at Progressive again. And Anastasia signed criminal paperwork that will be at the federal levels. My wife had them divert her funds the whole time she worked there into five retirement accounts so she did not claim them in court when she divorced me. She hid the assets, just like she had the $223,000 Alexander gave her on disclosure. This is not a family business. This is a business where their son can't keep his personal relationships separate from the workplace, and the parents cover up for him. When you're a horrible mother, you're evil.
