They also have pieces of wood just stuck in to level it which is not safe. Tuff shed's response was they would credit me for the ramp - when I asked how was that going to make the shed useable, they said they would get back with me and never have (this was 12/15). In the meantime, they sent a certifcate of completion and Service Finance is wanting me to begin making payments on something that I cannot even get into!!! BEWARE!!!
