She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

Also there was a severely coughing kid meaning that the workers are allowing sick kids into this playspace. Very upsetting experience overall. Wish that the owners took better care of this space.

The play space was a safe and sanitary environment for all those in my party to enjoy. Every time I called or spoke to someone, they were so kind, willing to answer every question I had and assured me that everything would be perfect. They were right. The space for the carousel is for 50 people because that is how many chairs they have available. We had over 50 people there and you never felt crammed or squashed. There was SO much space. We had entertainers come and they had room to set up and put on their shows as well. They park provides 6 rectangular tables for guests to sit at as well as 3 other tables that could be used to food, gifts, favors..etc. The carousel operator ( I wish I would have remembered her name) was amazing- she was so kind and attentive and even gave the baby a t shirt! The staff working at the concession was also so helpful in letting us unload the food and drinks prior to the party start time. A special thank you to Emily who really went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. The weather was perfect too and it helps that the entire carousel section is covered so even if its hot outside, it was nice and shaded. Our guests were raving about this party for many days afterwards. We even had many native Staten Islanders who had come there for the first time. They will definitely be returning. The indoor playground isn't extremely big but it has the essentials. There isn't much sensory activities. Good that my toddler (under 2 years old) is half price for the admissions and the adults can accompany without any charge but anti slip socks required. They have a good amount of arcade games. I prefer their arcade games more than their indoor playground but I would return especially if I need drain my little one out when other indoor playgrounds are closed.

Here are the reasons why I wouldn't bring my child here. When I first visited (2021 spring time) I went for an open play class. Upon walking in no staff is wearing a mask or asked for vaccination cards (FINE, I'll wear my mask and try to make sure my child isn't near other adults). The front desk person told me I could join the ending of a class (bubble time). So I went in and my child enjoyed the bubbles and crawled all over the place. Now here is where I am at fault. I didn't realize till maybe 20 minutes into my free play class that at no point at the end of the first class that they came in and rotated or cleaned the toys! So not only do they not clean between classes - they do not require anyone to wear masks (I am talking adults here, I don't expect children to wear masks). My child is still small that he is putting things in his mouth. Not to mention I saw older children doing the same. So these toys need to be either rotated or cleaned between classes. I called my husband to pick me up immediately. Forget about COVID! There is other viruses that can take out children! I recently tried to give this place another chance because they offered mommy and me classes. I called to see if they would at least require masks and they told me they don't and they don't look at vaccination cards. So that's a easy NO for me and I will not be going. I know I probably sound like a crazy mom right now, but I found other places on the island that when I walk in it smells like Lysol and they require adults to wear masks and be vaccinated.
