We booked her a year in advance and made a few changes up until last month. Shirley was very accommodating, and during our final meeting we confirmed all the colors and counts. She was organized and offered great suggestions for the family boutonnieres. All the flowers turned out beautifully, and the team did an amazing job matching the colors we asked for. We chose silk flowers for the arch, and they looked even better than real ones. We received so many compliments--everyone was practically fighting to take the centerpieces home! XD The photobooth picture quality was also excellent. Two attendants were available throughout the reception to assist guests, and even our shy older relatives went up to take photos. Everyone received a paper copy, and the team set aside an extra set for us to take home. We also received an online album, which made it easy to download all the photos. Although there's limited options for bridesmaid colors and styles so if you have a lot (more than 3) of bridesmaids I don't recommend this place. They don't expect tips every time you come. Also they're pretty good on time as well as having someone serve only us and not have other customers there. The makeup artist that did the bride's makeup had amazing skills and also followed the bride throughout her wedding ceremony to touch up as well as change makeup style with the different outfits she rented. The photographer from thus studio really helped us loosen up and have fun while taking pictures together. My dress was too tight on the day of the wedding and they allowed me to switch out to a looser dress last minute. I don't know what the price was but the bride told me it was a more budget friendly option and it included everything in the package. Just need to book appointments to come in every time and no walk-ins allowed. Also they didn't all speak Cantonese which made it a little harder to communicate. Only one person spoke English well enough to communicate with. It's best to speak mandarin which I and 1 other bridesmaid couldn't really.
