Coming to a venue where there's no parking provided is difficult especially when you're unfamiliarized with the area. Luckily, we arrived early enough to get street parking. Once we arrived to the ticket windows, it was a little confusing as they had several windows for different types of payment/purchases. Ours was will-call...go figure. Once we entered the field, we scan the place quickly, and it did not feel like "winter wonderland" it was more like "winter" lol. It is definitely a place for young children, and it amazed me how every kiosk, game required additional payment. Why not provide a set price for all kiosks/booths included. My mind was baffled at this notion, and turned me off quickly. If you're going to have a winter wonderland theme, ensure it is reflective of it. I feel that the entry should be free if everything inside requires payment. We ended up going to the bar/lounge area to have a drink or two..and listen to a band singing Disney tunes while dressed in Disney attire in character...LMAO! It is very cute for a 5 year old but not as cute for 40 something year olds. Not sure I would recommend this to anyone as the fees included surpass the expectation of the event.

They claimed to have an ice skating rink but when we got there it was a wax skating rink. Yes a WAX rink. They also claimed to have a life sized ginger bread house and it turned out to be a Big tent area that said "gingerbread house ". It's right by the ferry so do yourself a favor and take the ferry to Manhattan to Bryant park. They have a real ice skating rink and many many vendors. I won't be returning to this bootleg event

She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

Second of all it is not well maintained at all: floor mats and play equipment was peeling and falling apart, none of battery operated toys had fresh batteries, and there was a corner of old and half broken random toys looking like they were picked up from a curbside. Also there was a severely coughing kid meaning that the workers are allowing sick kids into this playspace. Very upsetting experience overall. Wish that the owners took better care of this space.

Lovely small zoo. I…read moreappreciate that it is appropriately-priced given its size. ($10 for adults and $6 children)...for reference the Bronx Zoo, which is MUCH bigger charges about $38 for adults and $28 for children. The main parking lot (free) is along Clove Road but there is also lots of free street parking along Broadway, if you are coming from that direction. There is also an entrance gate on Broadway for easy access. It was fairly empty on a Sunday late morning. There are a few animals to see along the outside area but the large indoor area is where most of the animals are. The zoo is well-maintained. There is a small cafe and gift shop. Again...both are reasonably priced...$3 for bottled drinks, $3 popcorn, $3 hot dogs, $6.50 hamburger...much cheaper than the average NYC venue/attraction prices. All staff we encountered (the gate, gift shop and cafe) were very nice. Although it was nice, due to its size, don't plan on spending more than an hour or two there...work in some other nearby attractions/eateries to complete the day.

Also, at one point the girl with the short hair was yelling at me telling me not to feed the ponies. Perhaps that why she acted the way she did toward me in the end. Let me set the record straight. I had no food, neither did my 2 year old. It was the family standing next to us, but she was looking directly as us while yelling. Make it make sense. :)
