I'm embarrassed to say that I let this nail salon get past my radar. I called an hour before closing and was told I could come in. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was greeted by two women who were waiting for me by name. My chair was ready, and my water was being prepped for my pedicure. To say my experience was good is a huge understatement. My technician took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The massage chair was in a setting I hadn't experienced. It was hitting pressure points that needed attention. As I was drying my pedicure I paid my bill -- $39! After I paid my bill, my technician proceeded to give me a shoulder massage. (I didn't know nail salons still offered this service. At least the ones that I've gone to.) I left happy, and relaxed. I will be making my next appointment soon. read more

This appointment was the second time I have gotten my nails done since the start of Covid in March 2020. I normally go to a different shop in town but, I had a gift-card to use. I was able to make an appointment a month in advance for myself an my friend for mani pedis. They even called to confirm which I always appreciate. We showed up on time and had our temperatures taken and washed our hand immediately. I really appreciate all the steps they have taken for covid. I really felt safe. My pedicure was amazing. It was so relaxing. No complaints there. I opted for the spa pedicure since it had been a while. My manicure was ok. I opted for a dip since it lasts longer. But, I completely forget that I only get dip with certain people that I have seen their work. Dip can be tricky, I prefer mine to be thin. I think the person doing mine was learning. I am all for that. We all have to start somewhere. But, I do wish to know before hand incase there are any issues. After it was done, my nails started cracking the next day. They were over cured. I did not have time to go back in and see if they would just repaint them with gel polish. It's ok, I just have to remember that as I get my nails done. Pricing was reasonable. The staff was very friendly as well. The interior is nice and very clean. I also got an eyebrow wax and that was just what I needed.... for the past 6 months haha. In all it is not a bad location. Just like an mail salon, hair salon ect you just need to find that tech who works for you and your expectations. read more

Absolutely love Do Nails. They remember you by name, offer excellent service, and have a clean, calm, serene atmosphere where you can truly relax while getting your nails done. They have a nice selection of Opi and Esse nail products and every manicure or pedicure includes an exfoliating scrub and a nice massage. This is the best nail salon around. They do get busy and can't always take a drop in so call first. read more

I decided to come here because someone I know frequents this spot and always says how relaxed they are when they go here. I also did a scan of the salon's Yelp page and saw they have a wide selection of OPI polish, which is my favorite brand. I did read from Yelp that it's strongly advised that you make an appointment, but I chose to live on the wild side and do a walk-in. As expected, there was a little hesitation about whether they could take me, but nevertheless, they did. I had to pay up front and honestly this place is very expensive, in my opinion. It came to $70 total for a basic manicure ($15), basic pedicure ($25), eyebrow wax and lip wax ($20). Most salons it's around $12-13 for a basic manicure, $25-30 for a basic pedicure and usually they run a deal for the two together. Also, waxing is usually around $13 total for eyebrows and lip waxing. So I ended up paying way more than I wanted to. Also, you cannot tip on cards and they have signs in the salon asking you to pay in cash, both of which are inconvenient for me. The services were decent. My manicurist gave a quick hand massage, but the pedicurist gave a long massage. When looking for a new salon, it's important to me to have long massages with my services. The interior is nice, but there were no televisions. Personally, I like to watch tv while I'm getting my nails done. Unfortunately, this place didn't fit the criteria I look for in a salon, so this won't be my new go-to spot. read more

Very nice and clean salon. My main complaint is I went in and asked for a pedicure. Rather than giving me standard pedicure they automatically gave me spa pedicure without asking which I preferred. I was very impressed by how clean this salon was! The nail techs were very nice and all wore name tags. The decor in this salon is spa meets country, it felt homey and inviting. I was disappointed that the massages used very little pressure and the pedicure chair massage was never turned on. Also, there is no cell service here, they do have free wifi but I was unable to connect. As others have said, this salon is a bit pricey compared to others therefore I would have expected a better massage. I don't like going anywhere else. These folks really know what they're doing. They are my perpetual stop when I have a big event, because I know the polish won't chip. My friend and I both had our nails done here for our respective weddings, and they looked great. Side note: I had a bridal event here, as a little thank you to my bridesmaids, and Do Nails did an incredible job. It was a lot more fun than a personalized robe, and they didn't have to worry about manis and pedis for the wedding. I highly recommend it. On a side note, to the people who are complaining about walk-ins, you wouldn't walk into a fancy hair salon and get offended when they're booked up with appointments. If you want to walk in, do it early in the morning or on other off hours. If you're on the fence about trying Do Nails out, just go. They're worth every penny. read more

The best manicure and pedicure in the Philly suburbs by far. The nail technicians are incredibly meticulous and make sure that each and every nail is perfect while providing spa-like, lengthy massages and treatments before and after your nails are painted. I usually like to go to the Main Line/ King of Prussia area for my treatments and appointments, but this salon is a hidden gem. The nail technicians are genuinely friendly and never rush you, so you feel that your service is truly appreciated. read more

My dip nails chipped within less than one week and completely fell off after just a week and a half. Very disappointed because it was $40 which is more that my usual salon which does a much better job that lasts 3 weeks. Their selection of dip nail colors was very limited too. Also my mom and I wanted to get manicures together so she called a week in advance and they said they could only take me...when we got there, there was only 2 other people getting pedicures so I don't understand why they couldn't take the 2 appointments. When we asked they looked in their schedule book and were very confused and not understanding that my mom tried to make an appointment prior. I love this salon for the quality of the services they provide. The reason I am rating them 2 stars, however, is because they claim they take walk-ins but when I tried to go today for a pedicure, I was told quite rudely that they had no time for me and that I should have made an appointment. Well, I have 2 small children, a husband who is on call for his job 24/7 and I can't always make appointments. So I go when I can, and choose places that accept walk-ins for this specific reason. I will never go back here as I was made to feel like because I didn't have an appointment I wasn't worth their time. It's such a shame, too, because the salon is clean, the techs friendly and English speaking and they are quick. But customer service is key and they failed that today. read more

AMAZING. I have been going to Do Nails for years, and will not go anywhere, because I know I will not receive the same experience anywhere else. . The staff is friendly, accommodating, and generous with massages :) The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. For those who have been writing a poor review because when you went there you were told there was no time for a walk-in.....they are extremely busy, almost all the time (because people know how amazing they are and want to be guaranteed their services)! As a long-returning customer, I know this and this is why I always make an appointment. Sometimes when I call and ask for a specific day or time, I'm told no, because they are busy. I get over it, and pick another day or time. By you walking in and EXPECTING to be taken care, (not only is that rude) when others have made appointments, you ruin the experience of others because they are accommodating for you (when they shouldn't have to), and my experience (or the experience of the others who made appointments) is lessened. So if you have been turned off by them telling you no when you walked-in, please make an appointment and give them another try, because you will be nothing short of satisfied with your experience. read more

"No time for a manicure"..... The employee said after I scheduled a mani pedi after I was only 2 min late. I was looking for a perfect color that was going to match my dress that I was wearing to my uncles wedding, but she didn't even let me pick it out and just grabbed at color. As I was getting a pedicure, I could tell that they were rushing and only gave me 2 scrubs on my foot. ex. This nail salon is by far the best I have ever experienced. When my husband was stationed in GA for 4 years, I couldn't find any nail salon that even came close to the level of quality & customer service (as well as cleanliness) that Do Nails offers. I would make a trip home once a quarter and a mani/pedi at Do Nails was at the top of my to-do list. I was so spoiled by this salon, I wouldn't even get a mani/pedi in GA after the first few failed attempts-I could do my own nails better. I would just wait for the 'real deal' back in PA. read more

Fantastic nail salon! They are friendly and welcoming every time! They take their time and do a great job. They listen to your needs and always aim to please. Prices are average. (Not the cheapest nail salon in town, but the services are WELL worth the $). I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pedicure chairs are new and comfortable. They go above and beyond (giving you a pillow to rest your arms on, hot stone massage during pedicures, shoulder massage while nails are drying, etc. I highly recommend! read more
