I could have ate another one or two of it. The blueberry crumble was recommended by the girl at the counter, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The blueberry crumble donut was perfect as well. Delicious selection of donuts! I tried the birthday cake donut and the vanilla bean glazed donut. My husband had the vegan chocolate chocolate donut. He said it was the best dairy-free donut he'd ever had. The birthday cake donut was very dense inside and covered with a thick layer of vanilla frosting. So many sprinkles too! And guys, they even sell their chicken sandwiches at this location! What a game changer! O.O Do-Rite Donuts have the best old-fashioned donuts in town. Trust me. I've tried them all. Their donuts are made fresh everyday until they run out. They're placed under heated lamps and kept nice and toasty so that they melt in your mouth when you take a bite. Yes, they are on the pricy end, but they are worth every penny. Btw, these donuts are huge and heavy! I know this because I carried a dozen donuts home to Texas and my arms died carrying this box around. My favorite flavors are buttermilk old-fashioned, blueberry crumb, cinnamon old fashioned, and apple fritter. The buttermilk old-fashioned is perfectly crispy on the outside and moist inside with a vanilla glaze. The blueberry crumb is humongous! It's exactly how it's described - a crumbly cake donut with blueberry filling. Don't forget to use a napkin when eating this donut because it'll get really messy. The cinnamon old fashioned is basically the buttermilk old-fashioned donut rolled in cinnamon sugar. You still get that crispy outside with the cakey donut inside. The apple fritters are moist and made with apples that are in season. They actually have slices of apples in the fritter! They often change the type of donuts that are available, but they will always have the classics. They even serve gluten and vegan donuts! The best way to try these donuts is to order a bunch of different ones for your friends so that you can try a bite of each of them. They are very filling so don't go to crazy when ordering donuts. If you do order too many donuts, they're still good the next day. If you haven't heard yet, Do-Rite Donut also makes chicken sandwiches. You can even customize your sandwich to make your chicken spicy and make the bun into a donut! It's super unhealthy but it tastes amazing! You better do a high intensity workout before eating this donut chicken sandwich or split it with someone so you don't feel too guilty about eating this. This location is perfect because its located right off the Morgan green line stop. There's also tons of seating compared to the other two locations. My cold brew coffee with soy milk was delicious-very strong, with rich espresso flavors. Much higher quality than I have had at a donut shop before. My favorite of the vegan donuts was the Cinnamon Apple. Moist and rich with a delicate texture, every bite was packed with gooey caramelized apple and brown sugar flavors. You must try this donut. They have a handful of breakfast sandwiches (served all day), three varieties of chicken sandwich and one of chicken tenders. There appears to be a maximum of 20 varieties of doughnuts at a time, and I don't think they always have that many. Come here for quality and freshness. There's a homemade feel to their stuff, it's delicious, and the doughnuts don't have that "sitting in a bin" feeling that chains like DD sometimes do. We served a pre-ceremony meal of donuts, fruit, mimosas at Gallery 1028 with Calihan Catering. Gallery 1028 had the donut wall. It was so perfect for a Sunday morning wedding. The prices were competitive and we worked with Pam. We left the choices of which donuts to bring up to her, our only restriction was that they were meatless donuts and also to include some gluten free. Her selections were excellent. I tried the coconut, the pistachio, and the confetti - all amazing. I heard the gluten free were also excellent. We had a glitch with our credit card number, but our party planner, another amazing person, Farrah Singh Kauffman from Simply Azure Events handled the problem.
