Wow! I saw the great reviews and had to try for myself for a friend's daughter's gender reveal party. I did three different flavors. Butter, kettle and my cookies and cream had to be changed last minute to something Tamer had available ...gingerbread. Tamer was very communicative and friendly from start to finish. Making himself available for questions and logistical planning and reaching out to confirm. His customer service is lacking nothing. I love popcorn and was looking for a new option to try. I reached out to T and he was incredibly accommodating in making sure that we received all of our popcorn and was very kind to interact with. We tried the flavors *better butter, sweet butter, *cheese and caramel, *Mexican street corn, *Flaming Cheese, Regular Jalapeno, Holiday Stuffing, Sour Cream and Onion. I arrived for the first time to find no caramel was available; and instantly received VIP treatment. They offered alternative flavors and wanted to put me in contact with the owner, so I would always arrive to find every flavor I desired, plus having my order ready for pick up. Amazing! T, the owner, is super responsive and genuinely finds joy in making sure his clients are happy. The popcorn is always fresh, yummy and his team are all awesome. They catered for my baby shower/ gender reveal and it was the cutest thing ever! They not only were professional and showed up on time for set up but Tamer offered amazing ideas for different themes I could do to make it match my event like "Poppin soon " Aside from that the popcorn flavors that I could chose from were perfect and I was very clearly offered different amounts and exactly how many people it would feed. Even after care instructions on how to keep the popcorn fresh for later enjoyment and serving ideas from bowls to little gift bags for the event. Tamer was so helpful. I have been a customer of Tamer and Doc Popcorn ever since I found his stand in the Baldwin Mall. The popcorn is so AMAZING that I followed him to the Culver City Mall. Tamer has excellent customer service care and even follows up with you after the event to check and see how things went. I recently had a movie night for my daughters 13th birthday and ordered popcorn from Tamer. He was patient and walked me through all the new flavors and helped me figure out what would be best. I was looking for a popcorn cart that could work with me on providing pre-packed popcorn (for safety reasons because of COVID) for my small backyard event. I found Doc Popcorn after a quick Google search and was contacted by one of their Home Delivery franchisees. Unfortunately, because they were located out of state, I didn't pursue due to shipping timelines. They referred me to this local cart franchisee, and got a quick response from the owner, Tamer. Tamer was so accommodating and helpful, and he went out of his way to make sure the popcorn was freshly popped the same day of my event (his location had been shut since the pandemic, plus it was a Sunday so he had to secure special permission to use the machines that day), instead of taking the easy route by preparing it in advance and delivering day-old popcorn. He even helped put on the stickers I made for my event on each popcorn bag and spent some time assisting with the table display (and then some). He even checked in after the event to find out how everything went. The price was reasonable and the popcorn flavors were a hit. More importantly, customer service was amazing.
