He then told me that the phone call was being recorded and I told him I was glad to hear that it was being recorded, but, in Illinois it is illegal to record a phone call without giving person prior notification at the beginning of the call , so I hope you did record it, so it can come out on how rude this man was to a fellow veteran I did try to explain several times that I had an LG premium Care extended warranty and he told me that I was screwed that they did not warranty it and that it was a waste of money and that he would not honor it again he repeated this to me several times before I ended up hanging up on him i'm not sure if Billy is military related but whether or not he is a veteran. He had no real reason to be rude and nasty to me. I don't know what his problem was, but I would never recommend this company or this person to go into anyone's house he is very unstable .
