Jacob was very helpful. I requested a quote via Yelp and he provided the cheapest diagnostic fee. Once diagnosed, he didn't put pressure on me to get the repair done. Actually gave a good opinion on if the cost of the repair is more than half of a new dryer to just buy a new dryer. I had my dryer serviced to have the felt strips in the drum replaced because they were leaving marks. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to come on Tuesday. I appreciated they were upfront with the cost and didn't pressure me into making a decision on proceeding with the repair or not. He was on-time, able to figure out the problem pretty easily and had it back to normal within a half hour. On his way out, I mentioned a problem with the icemaker in our fridge that we wanted to try to fix ourselves. He took a quick peek and diagnosed the problem. I used J&M Appliance Repair when I needed various work done in my new home. Jacob quickly responded to my phone message. I hired him to move our dryer from on top of my washer to the floor. He also problem solved an issue with the older oven and recommended purchasing a new oven in consideration of what the needed part costs if it was even available any more.
