While I was in line , I noticed something was wrong with the package of rhinestone handled make up brushes I was purchasing for a birthday gift , when I reached the counter and was greeted, I told her I was really disappointed.. She told me to hold on and she went over personally and looked in the area to try and find me another one ! That made me feel good , she took a little while to look around , she thought it was important that I leave the store happy and satisfied! I felt really taken back and I felt like it was a very rude comment as I was only asking a clarifying question I felt completely put off and will definitely never return.
