Finally! Scored some lovely Hoka Bondi 8's that were discontinued in early 2025. I love the location of this store but wish where were more variety in the women's shoes. Great deals and the cashiers are always friendly. The men's shoe selection is really nice and the women's clothing section is pretty good. read more

3 stars, maybe borderline 2 stars?... Huge disappointment with the grand opening of the highly anticipated Nordstrom Rack of Natomas. I came in today with a girlfriend and we could not believe that the clothing options were so, BLAH. The first word that comes to mind for most of the fashions on the sales floor: Old. This location does not have the many fun, trendy name brands like Arden or Folsom. Clothing selection 1 star. The home section is small, just like the handbags also, 1 star. On the other hand, the size 7 shoe selection: 4-5 stars. A dedicated corner towards the back right of the store is solely size 7. Woo-hoo! Finally, a store that has a huge selection of my size. I was really looking forward to having a Rack so close to home, but these racks were nothing but disappointments. I hope that the fashions change out soon because nothing matched what is in the current fashion scene at the moment. Tears. The space in between the racks is quite tight. Be careful with your cart, check both ways. While everything right now in the store is organized, clean and properly displayed - it won't last that long especially with the holiday season coming. read more

I have interacted with this store and company only a few times. Today took the cake. I was returning an item and was accused it was used despite being in original box/packaging and bag included. Despite online saying it was refundable, the employee said she would make an "exception" and take the item back. Didn't need to. Online said I could return it. Each time I go into this store an associate argues with me over pointless things. For example not willing to look up a pickup order with valid ID and insist on a barcode and try to look in my customer email, or arguing for a gift item making sure the item really wants to be returned. Online customer service is great. However, twice I got the wrong item from what was purchased online. One time I never got my package. Ridiculous. read more

I've been a Nordy girl since I was old enough to know how to use a credit card. The quality of merchandise, the customer service, the return policy, and so much more has kept me shopping year after year. When Nordstrom decided to create a spin off to move some of their perhaps less desirable or overly ordered items, Nordstrom Rack was born. Back in the day, going to the rack was always so much fun. There were deals to be had, and great hard to resist items. When Nordstrom Rack opened in the north Natomas area, I actually decided to hold off shopping there for quite some time. I figured they'd be packed and quite frankly didn't wanna deal with the crowds. I finally jumped in, and the first couple times my experience was stellar. I found some great deals , great gifts and so much more. My last couple of experiences have been less than pleasant. I don't know if there was a change in management, or a change in what they decided to send to this particular location, but the racks are filled with junk items, the floors are covered in sticky, icky, nasty stuff, and quite frankly the price point on most items isn't worth the push to fight to park and go in and shop. Some of the items look like they've been hanging around since a decade or two ago, and the size options are pretty limited. I'm really hopeful that Nordstrom will step up its game, and bring some better quality items that are better priced and don't look like they're 100 years old. read more

I'm excited that Nordstrom Rack opened a new store in Natomas. I decided to go shopping for the first time in this store yesterday. The new store is good looking outside and inside. They carried many beautiful clothes, shoes, accessories, and household items. I had an excellent first-time shopping experience with this new Nordstrom Rack store. The customer service in the store is the same as the other Nordstrom Rack stores. The employees are polite, and the checkout is fast despite the long line. The prices of most of the name-brand items they have in stock are better than the full-service department stores. I found more good deals in this new store than in other Nordstrom Rack stores in town. I don't know it will be always this way or it is because of a new store promotion. The store is busy, and it is the perfect time they're open during the Holiday season! read more

This review is for Ayanna J. Who refused to give me her name- a little critical thinking- it's on the receipt you handed me. She shouldn't be working in any customer service, she has a horrible attitude, stank face and has no knowledge of her job duty, let alone the companies policies and procedures. She acts like she's running the show- you're a cashier- please stop. When I asked to further clarify a policy she claims was implemented recently, she couldn't clarify and handed me a piece of paper- that had nothing to do with anything I asked. I asked why they no longer returned items to store gift cards. With proof of purchase, tags attached, receipt in hand. She didn't have an answer and called over what she claims was her manager. Furthermore when I tried to return sunglasses that I ordered from .com she said their showed they are already refunded. How so? They are in my hand, no credit to my bank account and still show purchased in the app. She tried to tell whatever department she called that they "the store" should keep them and I should deal with my bank. Delulu. Literally, girl thinks she's running Ross. Who's hiring these people? Incompetent. Nordstroms has gone downhill, esp when you employ people who fall into a particular color category and not basked of skill. read more

I love to come to Norstrom rack because you never know what you might find. The store has designer purses, shoes, sunglasses and clothing all at marked doen prices (however some are still way expemsive). I wear a size 5 in women's shoes, and dress shoes are hard to find - they do a decent job here of having 5's in stock -- could be way better. I also like to shop their clearance racks for good deals on name brand stuff. You need to plan ahead and give yourself time because stuff is all over the place, and you kinda have to search each rack. read more

This review is for store management. Website and Yelp states closing hours are 9pm everyday except Sunday. So why I get here and it 8:09pm on Saturday and they are telling people to leave cause they close at 8pm. If you don't want to work on Sat night then just change your hours. read more

I am shopaholic, and shop a lot. A while back I would give this store 2 stars. Cashiers are exception, they are great. Recently first I get 10-stars customer service from Catherine - she went above and beyond, and I am not used to this level of service in Rack. Last week Desiree was helping me, and believe me, this level of customer service you may or may not get at Chanel or Luis Vuitton but not in Nordstrom. Rack? No way. Desiree, thank you! I am sorry I didn't get the name of the cashier who was a guy. Again, 10 stars. I was buying Gucci sandals, and the guy was so friendly and nice and professional and even volunteered to look for a box for those sandals. read more

I like this store. The employees are always friendly and helpful I don't feel like I'm being stared at because of the way I look which is always a plus for me. Tattoos and piercings and what not. I'm treated like a customer. This store always has something I want and well below the regular price. Not to mention the selection of things offered. Never been to a Nordstrom Rack I liked, and this one is no different. Selections were very meh, space was tight, and overall vibe was a disappointment. Should've just kept the Barnes & Noble in this location. It's not like we have a shortage of clothing stores, especially when more affordable places like Ross and TJ Maxx are in the same area. read more

The service was fantastic. There's something to be said for good old fashioned customer service and that is what me and my friend received from a young lady named Cat who was working in the fitting room. She called another Nordstrom rack to locate a shoe for a friend. What kept this Nordstrom Rack from five stars was the lack of a Plus size section. Very disappointing. The store was clean neat and organized. I will return for shoes but would like to shop for clothing as well Overall I enjoyed my experience. read more
