Haven't came here in years decided to come in since I was right next-door at Ulta. came in tried on a whole bunch of clothes was really happy because the sizes actually made me feel skinny because I needed three sizes less to fit into a dress. I found two dresses I liked and made it to the counter. It was a short line, but taking quite long, but overall, I stood there, waiting patiently when I got to the register I asked is it true that the clothes are an additional 30% off of the sales price. the cashier whose cashier number 335-0732 @register 402 store number 06497 at 6:14 PM reply to me yeah that's what we have signs for. I felt really taken back and I felt like it was a very rude comment as I was only asking a clarifying question I felt completely put off and will definitely never return. Have your cashier show some respect in a tough economy. You should be happy to have customers especially ones that don't come often. read more

We normally shop at Old Navy for my husband and daughter. They really like the clothes there. I've only found a couple of jeans that I love but other than that, I don't care for their clothes for myself. Customer service was great. The staff were really helpful in helping me find a certain dress and jacket for my daughter. They even checked the back to see if they were able to find what I was looking for. The cashiers were really friendly too when we checked out. The store was a little disorganized because customers just throw their unwanted items everywhere. I don't think there was enough staff to help fold and organize clothes.. so some tables of clothes were a bit messy. We will definitely be back though. They usually have a great sale and usually offer super cash (coupons after you spend a certain amount for another visit) read more

Be careful. They push credit on you then they make ir impossible to pay your bill. They wont take oayment in the stores if you can find one close, they wont take your debit card, they want to forcefully take all your routing information and that is the only way to pay. after going through several impossible ways of paying, they start racking up interest and I imagine start damaging your credit. They also have a strange return policy. Ny first months returning to Old Navy after Covidd and I am appalling at there billing tactics. read more

Old Navy can thank their in store employees Alyssa and Annan at the Natomas location for the 3 stars. Ordering online is horrible and a nightmare. I Placed two separate orders that kept getting cancelled due to fraud. I called customer service and they stated they put a fraud warning on my account. No reason as to why. Their explication was this is something that just happens. Due to the fraud warning being placed on the account and me having to wait several hours to speak to a fraud representative because they only work certain hours I was no longer able to order two of the items I needed because they were out of stock. The customer service rep informed me that out of the 4 items I ordered 2 were in stock and she would place the order for me for the 2 in stock items and she would send me a $10 coupon for the inconvenience and would remove the fraud block. None of this was done on her end. When I didn't see the order or coupon sent to my email like she informed me I would get I called back. That rep told me she sent the email but never placed the order. He was blaming it on me that I never got the email sent even though they had the correct email. I saw today the items I still needed came back in stock. I went to order the pajamas online and I am still not able to place an online order. When I called customer service I was told by the rep the fraud block is still on the account but I would have to call back during the week because I have to speak to the fraud department. These pajamas are popular and keep going out of stock. I called the Natomas store and spoke to Alyssa. She was so nice and informed me I could come in and they would take care of me and get it ordered. Alyssa had alerted her team I was coming in and everything was ready for me. Annan was able to get the items I needed ordered. Alyssa and Annan were so sweet and are the reason you get 3 stars. This has been a headache and nightmare. Why is Old Navy putting fraud warnings on customer accounts? It truly is horrible and unnecessary. Reading the reviews I see I am not the only person who this is happening to. This is not ok. Thanks to all the sales ads passing by on my social media outlets, I have been on an Old Navy shopping spree lately. When I needed to exchange some items for a smaller size, I visited this Old Navy which can be found in the same Target Shopping center. It was nice to be greeted right away when I walked in. This store is very organized. Huge plus is they carry a lot of size small items. If you need help finding an item there are actual workers on the floor that can help you. Be sure to hit up the different sale rounders throughout the store. Prefer online shopping? Do it, if it doesn't workout the return/exchange process in store is easy. read more

When clothing shopping for my six year old, I get excited about the variety of cute clothing that I can purchase for him. Whether it's a cleverly worded graphic tee or polo shirt, it tickles my heart to see him confidently walking around in a well-fitted outfit. When looking for said outfits, I usually alternate between shopping Old Navy online or physically visiting a local Old Navy. I particularly like visiting this Old Navy store for it's customer service, healthy selection of children's clothing, and great sales. Whenever I enter the store I am warmly greeted by an employee who is more than willing to assist me with finding particular items. Although this store can get pretty disheveled (especially during high traffic times), the staff do a great job of quickly reorganizing. I usually do a majority of my shopping off-season (they have a pretty extensive clearance section), or during $5 graphic tee sales. I highly suggest using their "pickup in-store" option. You can make use of the "online-only" deals and have them shipped to your local Old Navy store (free shipping)! read more

Old Navy is anything but " old", but truly a more fun version of The Gap. I adore this location, and it's mm go to for buying fun clothes for my nieces and nephews. The styles are hip and cool, and current. The prices are even better! Between the great sales and promotions, you can not only find bargains, but truly awesome outfits for the entire family. The recent holidays were so much better after shopping here! Jeans, sweaters, and some hip shirts were all purchased in one trip. They even had some scarfs that were a must purchase. Customer service is always top notch! There is a sales team on the floor willing to help locate items, and they will even call another store if it means finding what you need. The spring and summer shopping is just as good! Flip flops, shorts, and cool everything is always easily found here. I've walked out with steals of deals. Seriously, last season, flip flops were .99 cents. WHAT?!? Yep ! So much good stuff to be had here! This location is waaaaaaaaaay better than the one in Elk Grove. Everything is so organized, clean and in stock. Considering how hectic this time of year can be with the holidays, Christmas returns, and their up to 75% clearance store wide with extra bucks promotion going on, I give their associates props. Even the employees seem more happier working here and actually offers assistance to their customers. There's always a promotion going on at Old Navy and they offer discounts for military and card holders. Their quality of clothing is way better than Victoria's secrets and they have a variety of selections for all genders and people of different ages. And did I mentioned cheaper too? If you really dig deep, like what I did earlier, I was able to find a girl's long sleeve shirt for only $0.97! What a deal! read more

What happened to this Old Navy?!!! When they first opened, they had better customer service! Now, it seems to be going down hill! I've been back and forth to this location, I've been on hiatus from Old Navy for a few years now. I was in need of some pants, they carry pants in different inseams, so it was the only place near by that I can go too. Upon arriving, I had so many questions. It's been a while since I've shopped here. I couldn't find anyone to help me! So, I grabbed a few things to try on by myself, entered the fitting room, no one was there to let me in, so I waited for someone to come out. People at the registers were not friendly, they seem like they don't want to be there. The gal who rung me up, not a smile, just asked me how I was doing. I ended up just buying a few camisoles and I ended up going home to place an online order for my pants. If they didn't carry jeans and pants in different lengths, I would not bother shopping here. This store has a product at 20% off of $29.99. Online, it is $15. Will Old Navy match this price? After speaking with 3 different people, whom told me 3 different things. The answer is NO. Person #1) yeah sometimes the prices online and in store are just different and we do not price match, sorry. Person #2) We do not price match. Person #3) The price difference between in store and online is too great, we cannot match it for you. The price difference between in-store ($23.95) vs online ($15) = $8.95 Another incident within this store is that they had a red sticker price on the tag of $10.94 on some pants of a particular color that were also advertised as 40% off on these particular style of pants. (So the pants of this style are 40% off while some of the various colors of this particular style are also red sticker priced.) The pants original price is $34.94, with the discount of 40%, it would be $20.96. However, they were going to ignore the red sticker price and try to charge me just the 40% off. There were several pants of particular colors with the red stickers. I had to argue with them in order to get the price honored. How are you going to tell me that oh this was misplaced, when you have more than 10 of the same color pants with this red sticker placed on the tag?? read more

Dear upper management... you NEED shopping carts at your store. You almost lost my entire transaction today, but one of your employees saved it. I went out on my first solo trip with my toddler and newborn and was shocked to see there were no shopping carts when I walked through the door. Only bags. No way was my (not even) two year old going to walk while I carried a newborn and tried to shop. I almost walked out but decided to give it a try. Lo and behold, twenty feet into the store my toddler has an utter meltdown. There is no coaxing her up. She had just woken up from a car nap and all she wanted to do was be held. Can't do that when I'm holding a newborn. I almost walked out right then and there, and an associate let me know that another associate was running over to target to grab me one of their shopping carts to borrow. It was SO kind of them to do that. I would've otherwise turned around and left without spending a penny. But, because of that associate I was able to throw my toddler into the target cart and do my shopping. read more

I went in this morning, found a satin skirt that had a red tag just sort of "stuck" on it so I took it to the register for a price check. The cashier, MARISSA (sp?), found the price, told me , and then showed me a HUGE stain on the bottom and said, "This is why it's on clearance." I said oh no, I don't want it then. She then proceeded to throw it to the side, roll her eyes in her head repeatedly, and huff and puff. I told her, you have a very bad attitude, and you're not supposed to roll your eyes and huff n puff when a customer is asking a question. I don't want ANY of this stuff, left everything on the counter and walked out. All she said was, "OK!" This Old Navy location doesn't seem to be as well organized as the location on Arden Way. It seems to have less inventory as well which means I find myself coming here less. I came here to return some online orders and they were severely understaffed which meant long lines. As my boyfriend waited in line I thought I would maybe grab some lazy day leggings or fluffy sweatshirts which I always seem to see at Old Navy. However, none were to be found and I got frustrated with the lack of options. I think in the future I will stick with online shopping or the Arden location. read more

I learned long ago that you can look like the Gap at half price by shopping at Old Navy. Even better is to shop at the Natomas Old Navy which is close to many great restaurants and keeping sales tax local. This one is next to Target and Barnes and Noble along Freeway Blvd in Natomas. Parking is surprisingly tough at this location. This store is large and usually well stocked with many sizes. Never pay full price here as their sales and coupons are the key. Quality is usually pretty good save for a few missing threads and irregular stitching. Still it's fashionable and cheap. Most of the store is for kids and women, but the men's section is pretty decent. The check out line was a major issue, but they are now deploying mobile checkout to help speed credit purchases without exchanges. Join the Old Navy! read more

I don't like Old Navy in general but my fiance was freezing this morning and I ran out to buy her a light sweater. Old Navy has great prices for last minute needs. My only gripe would be their layout. I had to ask an employee where a sweater that was on display in the front of the store was. She had no idea so she had to as her manager. Then, instead of taking me to it - she pointed. Whatever. I'm capable. I finally found it. $20 and only 10 or so minutes later I was on my way. Pricing is great and there were many sizes to choose from for all of my kiddos (I have 4 kids ages newborn to 6 years old, so sometimes certain stores aren't stocked up on all sizes of clothing for kids & we end up going to multiple places). I love old navy! BUT... I had a bad experience with this location. Their customer service is not the best. I bought items that I MADE SURE to ask the cashier were part of the ongoing 30% off and was told "yes everything is included." I checked my receipt later that day and found I was still charged full price. I came back the next day to get this fixed and was told that the items I purchased were not part of the sale... ??? If I was informed correctly then I would not have went back. In the end they gave me 10% off that I wasn't satisfied with because of the inconvenience. I mean as a customer if you tell me a price, I except that same price. Otherwise, it'd be right educate your employees about pricing. I had to return a bathing suit I bought for my 8year old that didn't fit. My daughter apparently ripped the tag off unknown to me so the cashier started looking over the bathing suit very suspiciously, called a manager over and started scrutinizing the crotch liner. I was very embarrassed and asked if she thought I was returning a used bathing suit. She said yes and I said nevermind I'll keep the bathing suit in that case. I'm not that type of person and don't appreciate being accused of anything. It made me uncomfortable and I will think twice before going back in the store. read more

I love old navy and this location is always pretty clean and fully stocked. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly. The only thing I wish they had were little carts. I don't like going to this location with my toddler because it's hard to keep track of her and shop at the same time. Social distancing is not enforced. Noticed multiple customers not wearing masks, or wearing them on their chins, and no one said anything. Went to pay and found about 20 people in line with no spacing at all. It was like a pre-pandemic crowd. There were no spacing stickers on the floor. We just dropped our items down and left. This review is for the $1 flip flop sale event. When I got the email about Old Navy's $1 Flip flop sale, I marked my calendar immediately. This event is one of Old Navy's biggest sale days and I knew lots of people would show up. Sure enough, right at 9:00 a.m., everyone and their mama - literally- were there ready to stock up! Set up - the door greeter handed out a $10 off your purchase of $40 or more coupon as shoppers entered. From there, it's a free for all to get your flip flops! There are cardboard bins all over the store, full of different colored flip flops. Each bin is labeled with Women's or Men's sizes. Look for the huge rack full of hanging of flip flops - trust me, it's easier to grab the slippers here than hovering over a small bin. There is a limit of 5 flip flops per person, which meant everyone was trying to get over, giving 5 slippers EACH to every single person in their entourage. Game time - I consider myself a Black Friday shopping pro, so my expectations going into this sale were already set. I knew that it would be crowded, dealing with long lines and more importantly, people would turn into savage shoppers. Seriously, people push everyone, including kids (yes, you read that right, ugh so sad) just to snatch up their sizes. There's something about $1 deals that makes people forget their manners, act like super ghetto and be plain disrespectful. Luckily, I was able to grab my sizes fairly quickly and got in line. Line - Prepare to be in line for at least 40 minutes. No joke, it wrapped around the entire store. Typically, the staff usually has a trivia game for those waiting in line, but not this time. After making my purchase, I noticed that there was a line outside the store, just to get in. Staff - The staff was good about picking up stray flip flops around the store and placing them in the proper bins. Thank you! I was able to grab 2 more sizes I needed because of this. Gold star to the employee who got a balloon for the kiddo! I explained that someone promised us that we would get one 30 minutes before and he gave us one without hesitation. The cashiers were very quick. Bottom line - do not come here if you have NO patience or have plans of being dispectful to other customers or employees. Come here early and please watch the kiddos! Every time I come in, I wonder why I'm never greeted. I have never, literally never, been greeted. Associates walk past and never speak. They don even acknowledge your being there. I came in 2 nights ago to look for casual dresses. I found a long skirt with an amazing price of $8. That's the only positive to this location: I used to come here because I knew I would receive, at least, a hello. Now that doesn't even happen. I called this store today in attempts to do a charge send (order items in store and they ship to your house). I had already called several stores closer to me in search of an item, but they were all busy and refused to do charge sends. Granted, they do take a few extra minutes so I understand, but they're basically a guaranteed sale of the store has the right size. A girl originally picked up the phone and went to check to see if the manager was ok with charge sends. The manager, Travis, picked up and did the charge send for me. He was so helpful and nice! He located 2 of the three items I wanted in the store and even went back again to check for the 3rd. When he couldn't find it, he offered to use their in-store technology to find the item online and order it for me with the same price and discount I was getting at the store (even free shipping!). I was so grateful to Travis for helping and taking the time to complete my orders, as the coupon I had was only good for today and I was unable to travel around to the different stores today in search of the items. I know that Gap Brands have the customer surveys, but usually they don't arrive in time to complete if the order is a charge send so I wanted to make sure to give feedback somewhere! One of the better Old Navy's that I have been to. This is a significant difference to the very dated and scuzzy Arden location. It is located in the North Freeway shopping mall in North Natomas and parking can get frustrating, especially on a weekend. The store itself is very clean and the only negative is that its dressing rooms are located in the middle of the store. It is definitely an odd layout and I have always felt a bit weird changing in a dressing room that shares a wall with a rack of dresses that people are combing through. Make sure that you allot yourself enough time as there always seems to be a long line at the cashier with one or two "difficult" customers (someone returning 4 items from 4 different receipts or a woman buying out the entire clearance section). Overall, the store is super clean and modern and the staff are always upbeat and cheery. Just remember to be patient when it comes to parking and checking out. read more

Ah, Old Navy. Truly, the lazy white dude's solution to clothing. Cheap, plentiful, an array of sizes designed to cover the hides of even the slovenliest of slovenly housebound oafs, and a robust network of stores, complete with website integration. This example is a fine specimen, clean, well-stocked, acceptably busy, and close to lots of other stuff. Tip, parking can be a bit of a pain on weekends. Park over by the See's Candy/Wingstop area and walk over, it's much easier in the long run. read more

I wanted to get some new bathing suits, and I had a gift card here from a long time ago, so I decided to get some here. The clothes here are cheap, but the quality isn't too bad. The parking for this Old Navy is horrible, especially during the holiday season. Its in the same complex with Target, Barnes & Noble, World Market, Bed Bath & Beyond. Sometimes, you can find some good deals in the clearance section, you have to always check. Prices are affordable, but when there a big sale. The stores are crowded and messy. I've been coming here for 5 or so years now for basics and the like (jeans, sweaters, tanks, and now, their awesome athletic line). This location specifically is my favorite one in the area because the service is always great. I was trying on a heap of sweaters and flannels yesterday (yes, I understand it's still in the 90s but I'm traveling soon to cooler temps!) and the flannel I wanted could only be found in medium and large, which were both swimming on me. I had asked the fitting room girl (WISH I could remember her name to give her props!) if she could find me a small, and she searched but couldn't find it. I eventually gave up and decided on a different flannel when she came running over to me with the small and said a customer was about to buy it but decided against it! SCORE! So she wins all of the points. Aside from that, I got a cream fitted sweater, a pair of jeans (that make my non-existent booty look good), and an oversized (because I wanted it that way) gray sweater that is just perfectly slouchy and so comfortable. With my $10 birthday coupon and birthday money from my favorite grandmother, I spent about 40% of what my total bill was. Win! Only complaints about this store is that it isn't always the most organized. Sometimes some areas of the store are rather a mess, but I've worked in retail and I know how easily a t-shirt table can get destroyed by a toddler. Must have lucked out as I was next door at Target and the lot altogether was rather empty, so after that trip, I stepped next door to here, Old Navy. Prices are still reasonable and this location was actually organized. I like that most of the clothes were still folded and such. I couldn't give it 4 stars to be like yay, I'm coming back...because I had two ladies that kept hawking me to give my email address (no, I don't have to) several times and my cashier just simply looked like she needed to be somewhere else and anywhere but there. Buying on-line is simple but if you need to do an exchange and your item is not in store they make it complicated. The refund your card and although you are in the store you are not able to pay with cash. Your better off returning through mail and re-ordering than going to this store.
