We spoke by text and then by phone and he was able to take my car in for a 360-degree detailing job INSIDE AND OUTSIDE the next morning. No waiting for calls or texts to get back to me. One employee there tried to be helpful but the excuses about Amazon delivery of the part, wrong one sent, couldn't find it on Amazon etc etc, spanning over a month, I bought the part in five minutes on Amazon and paid for it myself.
