I learned today that they also do the "simpler things" too. My 9 year old car has areas of paint loss and it is time to fix the paint or sell the vehicle. I thought such a job would be too small. Not the case! The reception staff offered a warm welcome. Bob treated the car the way he might a high end import. The estimate was detailed. They told me it would be just over $600.00, and stated that they cannot get the parts in until Tuesday due to the holiday and they can fix it then. I told them nevermind, and he said good luck because no one will be able to fix it today or over the weekend. I stopped off at another place, and they were able to get the part and had it fix the same day, and it only cost $200.00. Hmmmm, saving of $400.00.. I wanted to give them extra and they said no. Due to the rarity of my car Mark mentioned to me he is able to repair my car, but sourcing the parts would be difficult. Luckily I know how to get the parts from my car, and so I brought it to him and his team was able to get my car back on the road quickly and looking even better than before! Everything was lined up and looking new and refreshed. He was able to redo my pin strips on my fenders, and blend the paint with the rest of the car so it all looks and feels fantastic! And when they called to let me know my car was ready, they told me what other work it's going to need in the future, and gave me an estimate so I could save up for that point. I'm new to the area and felt comfortable asking them for advice on where I can get my emissions test done nearby and they also let me know they do oil changes for the future as well. They overall, very positive experience and I anticipate using Zoels as my go to shop from now on.
