My mouth was so numb that if Dr Broas had told me all my teeth had magically disappeared I would have believed him. Brianna assisted him, and they worked together in what appeared to me (the uninitiated) as perfect coordination. So once again, thank you for a stress- and pain-free dental experience! ___________ Two days ago I had an appointment at a different office in the Mid-Peninsula Medical Center, and I noticed a sign for this new dental office, showing they were now open. I wandered into the cheerily lit waiting room and made an appointment for two days later. It was my lucky day. Dr. William Broas (pronounced "brahss") recently opened the practice and is seeking new patients. He is a quite friendly and brisk, has been around the DDS community for many a year. Jennifer, the dental hygienist, was quick and knowledgable in her skill and trade, and made me feel at ease during the whole cleaning process. This is very important to me as I have TMJ, and the cleaning can be painful--but it wasn't at all! Caitlyn, the receptionist, was also delightful and efficient. When I set up my follow up appointment for my fillings and fitting for a mouth guard, she had all of the costs printed out, waiting for me so that I'd know what to expect. If you need a dentist, definitely give these folks a call!

So just to preface I have developed a lot of dental anxiety over the years. I started coming to Dr…read more Artzer a few years back in the period between your parents making your appointments and you making your own so I kind of got off to a slow start but everything about this office helps ease all my dentist anxiety. The staff is all very nice. I typically get the same hygienist every time I go in and she and Dr. Artzer both work pretty quickly in my opinion. Dr. Artzer is definitely a magician of some sorts. I have required local anesthesia on a couple of procedures and the first time I was so shocked he got the needle in my mouth and me numbed and I literally just thought he was looking at my tooth. I've been to a dentist where the numbing process was so rough they sent me home for the day with no procedure so this is much appreciated. The billing specialist, Pam, I believe always walks you through any bills incurred and it's never like they are trying to nickel and dime or up sell. I have been in a few times during the pandemic and this office has maintained exemplary precautions. I will definitely be back obviously.

My mom was very happy. Also, I appreciated their COVID procedures. 3 stars, but based on limited interaction. Potential to increase when I update after the follow up visit

Over the past few years, I have been receiving dental care from Dr. Graham. While she is an…read moreexceptional professional and her front desk staff is equally outstanding, I have encountered a few concerns. One of the primary issues I have had with Dr. Graham is her abrasive approach to tooth cleaning. I have also had a few teeth filled by her, and while some of them have been fine, two of them required refilling. One of the refilled teeth was fine after the procedure, but I am currently experiencing issues with another tooth. I have brought this to her attention twice, as I could smell the tooth, and she stated she could find nothing wrong despite me still having issues with an odor coming from the back tooth. After a thorough examination, Dr. Graham discovered the cause of the odor, which was a cavity hidden beneath the gumline. The cavity was filled on the third visit. Due to my third incident with this tooth, I decided to seek a second opinion from a new dentist. Initially, the new dentist was unable to identify any other issues and advised me to continue with my regular cleaning routine. However, I still experienced the same unpleasant odor. Today, I had an appointment with the new dentist, who finally identified the source of the odor. There is a hole behind the tooth that was filled, and the filling is moving. Due to this, I was informed that I would need to have the filling removed and refilled.

I told her I was military spouse and the work was done in California, years ago- maybe they expected me to go back to California for a check up. Don't bother coming to this office that doesn't help their own patient. I felt speaking to the representative, she kept making excuses instead of saying she was unsure. She said I would have to pay out of pocket but I have insurance.
