I have a filling that's cracked but before "Dr. Sam" even looked he was mentioning a root canal! I know my teeth, Dr K has replaced a few of my fillings and even done 2 crowns. Dr Sam not only wouldn't give reason not to do this, but identified a filling as a crown! When he pointed to a filling on the x-ray and called it a crown, then argued when I said it wasn't a crown, I knew my days coming here were OVER!!! I posted that in a Google review and they came back saying things that should not be posted to the public. They also sent me a denial letter telling me they will only take care of me for EMERGENCY purposes only and for only the next 30 days! I guess that is ok since I am never going there again! Some more on the visit that I didn't put in the original review: He walked in and said "It looks like you're going to need a root canal." That was how he greeted me, you would think open your mouth and let me see where the problem is would have been more appropriate! But, who am I to have a mind?
