Finally the camper dropped at the Berkley location...Oct 18th I showed up last Saturday(11-15) because no one had reached out, and Dan told me the camper was all set to go. I was not able to take it with me. My partner showed up there to arrange for the pick up yesterday and have them do the winterization. He was told that the awning was not fixed because the part Uxbridge sent was bent. I would think customer service would be top priority because you want people to return to your locations. If you keep treating your customers like this you can be sure to lose business. The only helpful employee has been Helen Valley. She has been great! He masterfully diagnosed the issue and fixed everything within an hour, he took the time to show me why he did what he did and explained to me what the battery installation company did wrong. It wasn't just one thing it was a couple of things. Anyway, then I asked him about the hot water heater and he helped me to get that going as well. Spoke with Jeff , the owner, who was very helpful and convinced me to stop by to check it out. The Vespa line was inside at the time so don't just drive by thinking they only have Cats and RV's here. The MP3 line, the three wheeled scooters, are AweSOME!!! Better handling and safety than the two wheelers but still too much machine for a small gal like me to handle. The MP3 250cc has a 77 mph max speed and the 500cc has a 90 mph max speed with all models getting about 65 mpg ... For better fuel economy on the two wheel scooters, the Vespa lin LX 50cc/150cc gets about 70 -80 mpg with hill factors but have a max speed on the 50cc of just 45 MPH and 75MPH on the 150 cc. Regardless, great place, excellent customer service and REALLY COOL VESPAS!

Worst mobile repair , over price the manager was unprofessional, I was disputing the charges and he…read morecall me a scum bag , I'm a scum bag but yet still he wants to rob me , when called about 5:30 am I was told the cause would be $174 to come out but the parts I needed they didn't have it so they' would've to wait until parts place open 7am and then the price would be lower because at 7am it Dnt considered after hours , he jus say $174 an hour and minimum 3 hrs which he didn't say no matter what the payment would be $174x3 $522 if that was the case ild ve told him Dnt bother to come , the mechanic ask me if all the wheel (pulley)was spinning because I told them I need a serpentine belt I says yes except the one on the ac compressor it gas too many plays he says I might have to change the compressor ,, he s a mobile unit why didn't he told me they cnt replace a compressor on the road because of some Massachusetts law , he didn't mention that , I told him I hope I can get the belt on quickly then leave , when he arrive he lift the hood and shake the pulley wheel on the compressor then say he s goin to talk to his boss , then after his boss call me and says I've to get the truck towed there or take my time and drive there because I need a compressor and by Massachusetts law they cnt repair a refrigerant on the street but first I've to take care of the mobile bill , I ask how much , this guy says $522 I ask him why so much and the problem not fix and all his guy do was shake the pulley wheel , he started shouting calling me a scumbag and say ok f you won't pay he s goin to call the police I say f u go call them , the police came and I explain the whole thing and it was a back and forth between me all parties , I told the cop I only know about the $174 which was still too high but I'm willing to pay that amount seeing that he drive here , they insisted on me paying $250 then I says nope $174 because that's what they told me so then they decided to take the $174 , after they email was sent and I made the payment then the notice comes up about my company that no repair shop should work with me again , your not going to rob me with your hidden fees , why these companies Dnt tell the costumer how much the total cost to come out to them instead of hiding it , never again would I call a company like this and I've also learn my lesson to ask about the total price jus to come out , this s one of the worst company I've ever dealt with
