Matt being the guy he is went above and beyond to tape and protect the roll bar paint in my chevelle. But due to the cage not being prepped correctly the paint came off while I removed the tape. Matt could have told me to pound sand but instead told me to bring it to him and he would repaint the cage. It's really nice to work with people who care about your projects. This has been a dream of me and my dads for years and just as I thought things couldn't get any worse matt swooped in and saved the project. I honestly would never use anyone else but matt at New England Trim. Thank you again you don't know how much we appreciate what you did for us

The windshield had to be removed and replaced after the installation of the liner. Lindsey coordinated with the glass company (Roy's) and they got the whole job done in less than 32 hours. They did an outstanding job on the headliner and thoroughly cleaned the interior. They were highly recommended to me by a local Body Shop. AND, I would highly recommend these people to anyone! The only downsides were waiting for an appointment (because they're in big demand), and my wife didn't like the smell of the adhesive after we picked it up. I should have waited a few days before taking her for a ride... All thumbs up!!!

Those Richard and Donna characters are unpleasant and unprofessional. The employees left my drivers seat disgusting with grease all over. The screws were not screwed on. I went to my regular mechanic to check their work afterwards. They text me to grab the car after hours on a Friday. I tried calling the shop & Donna personal cell because I had a $100 deductible. Nobody answered. Even while they had my car they would decline my calls and I didn't call daily at all. I would leave messages and nobody responded. Monday after I picked up my car they started texting me about the deductible. I gave them the same treatment they gave me as I called for updates on my vehicle. They had my car from 8/3-8/21 (not their fault). The richard guy starts calling me 8 times in a row leaving messages that he is calling regarding my court date. Extremely unprofessional especially for $100 I had all intentions of paying.

Dave refused to honor the work and repair he did to my 2014 Nissan Murano convertible top…read more Dave won't even give me paperwork on what repairs he made. My convertible top wouldn't close all the way so he had me bring it down to at least get it closed and instead he opened the top and now it's jammed pretty bad. I had to buy a waterproof cover because it's been raining days and there's nothing I can do as far as driving it anywhere to get fixed. Dave refuses to help in anyway. I do not suggest using this company for anything. They don't guarantee their work and they honestly don't care at all. Pretty bad business I've never seen anything like it.

A week later he called said it was all done. They did a little body work to it nothing crazy and I was happy with the paint job they did. I went to this place to get multiple things installed on my car and they screwed up every install…read more I originally went to get a CarPlay radio installed because my car came with an older radio and for the first month the radio worked fine but then started to become very glitchy and almost unusable. When I went looking for the problem I found that they had shimmed the unit in with lottery scratchers and when I went to them for help, everything they told me to do didn't help and they wanted me to pay for a fix. I also went to them for some custom bodywork (this is before the radio went bad) and the work done seemed good at first but the longer I had the car the more problems I found. The paint has started cracking where the work was done and when I brought it up they blamed it on my cars wheels rubbing against the body (which I had made sure wasn't happening) and when I looked on the underside of the work it wasn't even fully connected to the car leaving a nice open hole to the body of the car for it to start rusting. Again they wanted me to pay more for them to fix their mistakes. I also got a "new" battery from them because they claimed my old one was dead. Come to find out they gave me an old dying battery and I paid for it. I would not recommend this place for any work on your car. They will give you the runaround and try to take as much money from you as possible.

Finally had a young. High pressure, smarmy kid who gave me a condescending lecture on how complex and customized my install would be and so would be "expensive ". Turned out to be a completely standard job of course, but that didn't stop them from charging me a grand. When I picked up the car, the stereo was so loose in the frame, it pushed into the dashboard as soon as I used the touch screen. The salesperson told me; "it was supposed to be like that" as galling as that was. A piece of plastic frame was suddenly loose on my shifter and the frame of the stereo FELL off. The rear speakers had giant loops of wire hanging down from them, which certainly would have pulled out, the first time I loaded my trunk. A USB plug was dangling from a wire pushed between the cracks of my console. When I pointed these things out, I got LOTS of attitude, and a generally snotty response. Never again.
