If you are one with a microwave mentality, this is not the place for you. This practice is very slow stove top. It's run similar to a mom & pop and honestly, I like it. I previously saw a cosmetic dermatologist in the area and I went to a laser skin care center for years. You weren't considered an individual but more so an account. Your services weren't personalized nor personable. At the previous dermatologist, I was pushed services that weren't beneficial to me and were costly. At the laser skin care, very similar except there services were never effective and led to horrible consequences. I recently decided to revoke any further attention and find from the laser skin care center and go to where I knew my skin would be handled properly. I get facials, use Murad products (that may change) and use the topicals prescribed by Dr. Henderson. My skin is under control, but not perfect. Dr. Henderson offers Estetician services by Sonia who works through Luna's Day Spa. Sonia is well versed in brown skin as she is Indian and uses the same products to control her skin. I very much appreciate that both the MD and Estetician are ones with melanin as they know first hand what is best for my skin & have products, lasers & treatments that are specific for me. As my laser treatments at the laser center proved to be a waste of money as their machines are low tech, I have moved all of my services to Sonia and paid in full. I'm excited! So I just had my first treatment of the Vi Peel, next week I begin laser on area 1 and in two week, laser on area 2. I'm very excited for this as I'm finally getting a treatment that is specific to me, comes with good reviews & is not costly as compared to the laser center. What I like is that I can get medical grade services for a mere portion of what I paid for the watered down spa grade services I previously relieved. Score x 2!

On my first visit, my wait time in the waiting room was more than 40 minutes. There were 3 people waiting in front of me. One of the other ladies asked the young lady at the front desk if the doctor was there because we had been sitting for a while. Finally, Dr Henderson showed up about an hour after I arrived. She did apologize for being late. It was beyond her control. I appreciated that. Dr Henderson took the time to hear my concerns and she actually looked at my skin. I was happy!! Believe me, I've been to other dermatologists that didn't even look at my skin. She answered all of my questions and made sure to educate me on my skin. I will definitely refer people to her.

He also cause damage to my face he allowed the nurse to inject me with silicone I know this because for 2 years my face stayed the same look like I had an upside down lip also the new doctor told me I asked him about the nerve damage he said yes I would have nerve damage and that they did the best they could I'm also going to have the scars on my leg that he made look like somebody put cigarettes out on my legs also my knees are sunk in look like prunes also I have nerve damage to the face so I had to see a plastic surgeon for that I was told facelift. Well I told Buckner what the plastic surgery said turns out the doctor was right I saw another plastic surgeon and that plastic surgeon said let's wait and see I said I've been waiting to see for 2 years finally decided to go with the second plastic surgeon starting out the gate is going to be 5,000 for the lower part of my chin I have pictures I'm going to prove it Dr Buckner is a slick oil salesman that will sell you a goat and tell you it's a donkey I've also contacted the board of Physicians well he must have knew somebody there because they closed my case and telling me that they took it seriously. I informed them there's no way because the second set of evidence is on its way from the from the vein doctor and the plastic surgeons well they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then said to me well you can send your evidence in I said oh but my case is closed but you want me to send evidence in okay the caseworker name was Madeline, and the person that sent out the letter name was Eunice, well she must be a part of that group that Dr that Buckner, goes to Jamaica with because when they said they took it seriously and I know they were lying I contacted the governor's office and they reopened the case and sent all my records and proof to the health department especially now that we all know it was silicone injected in my face by the nurse Nicole who Alex knew had a gray suitcase with black on it and I told him that when I talked to him on the phone he claims he don't be around her as anymore well Dr Buckner asked me to trust this woman and I did three times I said no to him and he said come on so I did. As stated in a previous review, I received exceptional medical care and experienced zero openings or complications. My quality of life since my surgery has improved so much. I am back to my pre-pandemic weight and my results are pretty darn close to perfect, even with a 30 pound weight loss. I genuinely believe that I have one of the best results that I have seen for breast reductions. I am so grateful for this surgery and I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Chang and his team moving forward. I also will not hesitate to return in the future for any cosmetic surgery-related needs.

I spoke directly with Dr. Hank before traveling from Boston about my follow up and additional treatment so it could be handled during the same visit. I then arrived and found out he was not there. Your office told me he was in training and couldn't get out of it. Dr. Hank later told me he had a plumbing emergency at home. Those are two completely different explanations, and that's exactly why this felt misleading. Dr. Hank's text that "if travel and provider availability are important factors to you" is frankly absurd. Travel and provider availability should be important factors to every patient. That is not some unreasonable or unique concern of mine. Whether a patient is local or flying in, clear communication about who will be available and what to expect is basic professionalism. There are plenty of aesthetic practices that can perform these treatments. That is not the point. This was a follow up related to treatment I had already done with Dr. Hank, which is exactly why I flew in. Trying to reframe this as though I should simply go elsewhere completely misses the issue. As someone who also works in healthcare, I find the nonchalant handling of this especially concerning. Aesthetic practice or not, patients still deserve honesty, continuity, clear communication, and respect for their time. What's most concerning is not that something came up. It's the inconsistent explanations, the dismissive response, and the attempt to minimize a very valid complaint instead of just owning what happened. That's not a misunderstanding. That's poor communication and poor customer service.
