I'm so glad that I found Arthur because he was amazing: not only was he able to get back to me quickly, but he was very transparent about pricing and his process which gave me the confidence to approve his services. I was able to make an appointment for an in-home diagnosis and he arrived on-time AND with a mask, which was great. The diagnosis was quick and quoted me a timeframe on when I should expect the repair completed. Inside of a week, he called me because the part arrived early and there was an opening in his schedule; he then arrived and repaired my TV within a half an hour. He charged me for a reasonable rate and even recommended settings to my TV's picture quality to increase its longevity. All in all, Arthur was polite, personable, and most of all, knowledgable! His service is efficient, speedy, and affordable (a third of what a comparable brand new replacement TV would be!) FYI, Arthur only accepts cash or checks as his methods of payment so for you new schoolers out there, have either one ready. I can't recommend him enough and should I have a problem again, he'll be my first call.

By that point, they had forgotten that they even had my computer. They said that they would "repair it as soon as we brought it in" when they had it the whole time. Then, lines appeared on the screen within 3 weeks of getting the computer back. They refused to fix it, claiming that we broke the computer. They then sent it to the part vendor and, a month later, called me to say that the vendor wouldn't replace the faulty part. I paid them to fix my computer and 4 months later I still don't have a usable computer and they refuse to make it right. Avoid at all costs.

The son of the (Owner) was extremely knowledgeable and it was a very small fix and with him running all kinds of tests to see if it was just the needle. He determined it was just that part that I needed and advised I could get it online for much cheaper than it would cost to have a repair shop fix it and even went so far as to provide me with the part number and told me how to do it once I received the part. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario.
