Since we check in with yelp, there is a $5 coupon. We also have the factory unlock so we can switch the carrier. It only takes them 24 hour to switch for $49 dollars. We have tested at the store to make sure it has reception. I like local store to do it instead get internet store is I can go back to them if we have problems. They also sell cell phone case, refurbished TV, computer screen and more. It is good price. They have average service. Sometimes you need to call to check if the part is arrived to fix your gadgets.

By that point, they had forgotten that they even had my computer. They said that they would "repair it as soon as we brought it in" when they had it the whole time. Then, lines appeared on the screen within 3 weeks of getting the computer back. They refused to fix it, claiming that we broke the computer. They then sent it to the part vendor and, a month later, called me to say that the vendor wouldn't replace the faulty part. I paid them to fix my computer and 4 months later I still don't have a usable computer and they refuse to make it right. Avoid at all costs.

They couldn't fix one of the ECU repairs I purchased and promised a refund multiple times, yet…read morenever gave me a refund. After asking multiple times about it, they just decided to ghost me after eBay's return window had closed. They're also unable to do simple math and calculate what a refund should be. In addition to that, they request that the buyer ship the items to fix via UPS, yet on return shipping they cheap out and go USPS. I even had two products in this first shipment that they risked back with USPS. With this kind of hypocrisy, I wonder what they're doing behind the scenes as regards to taking care of the customer's belongings. By the looks of the reviews here they will do what they're paid to do when they have to meet you face to face, but would happily steal from you when you have no recourse. The front desk person doesn't write on your receipt the describtion of the item dropped off. They don't provide you with a describtion of what was repaired and the parts replaced. After calling the store and informing them its still not working correctly, they ask me what is it and what does it do. Lost money and time communting back and fourth 20 miles each trip.
