Today (5/23/2026) I had the full ceramic tint installed on the two rear windows, back window, and roof of my Tesla Model Y. My front windows and windshield were already tinted by another shop that also did a good job, but I wanted to see if ceramic tinting the rest of the glass on my Tesla Y would help keep the cabin even cooler. We love Document Systems. Everybody there gives us wonderful service. We purchase all of our toner from Linda Smith, she is always very helpful and very quick getting us anything we need. She always takes care of any type of special request we may have. Michelle in the Service Department is awesome, she is always very nice and makes sure any problem we are having is taken care of. Our technician, John, is awesome. He is always very nice when he comes out and has been able to take care of EVERY issue we have ever had with any machine. She is punctual, knowledgeable, cheery and ALWAYS takes time to explain things to me. We have had the machine about a year and it makes great copies and is very dependable. We've been very happy with Document Systems over the past three years. We got a great lease on a Ricoh copier/printer/fax, with all maintenance and printing costs included. When that machine started to wear out, they got us a new lease for a newer model at a lower cost.
