(Action is 2.6 miles from my home) She asked me to send her pictures. I emailed her pictures. Her response was it was a lawn problem and I needed to contact a yard maintenance company. Well I found out it was grub worms. Action is supposed to take care of 20 feet from the house. Grub worms are scarab beetle larvae. To my knowledge beetles are bugs. The infestation is right outside both my front and back doors. I returned a email to her asking if they had anything to handle grub worms. I got no response. I don't know exactly how much contract is left with this company but they can have it!

We have dogs and I requested a call before anyone would show up so that we could bring them inside. We were told there was a note on our account to ensure they would let us know beforehand. They NEVER called ahead to give us a heads up. At that point we were over it and had to cancel our contract and go with someone else. Rather than honoring my request, ProForce Pest Control or its representatives continued contacting me. The repeated nature of these calls leads me to believe that my requests were ignored or that my telephone number was never properly removed from the company's calling lists. These calls have significantly disrupted my daily routine. My telephone is used for personal, family, financial, and business communications, and every unwanted marketing call interrupts my day. Over time, I became reluctant to answer calls from unfamiliar numbers because I could not determine whether the call was legitimate or another unwanted solicitation. This has created stress and concern that I might miss important communications. I believe every consumer has the right to request that telemarketing calls stop and to have that request respected. Businesses that engage in telemarketing should maintain effective internal do-not-call procedures and promptly honor requests to cease communications. Despite making repeated requests to stop calling me, the unwanted calls continued.
