I was nervous when I first began here as I'd never focused on strength or skill work before, but they welcome people of all fitness levels. The instructors are amazing at scaling so you still see progress, but are staying safe. I'm four months in and already the strongest I've ever been in my life! 10/10 would recommend!

They say people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care....well Katie Mortemore is definitely one of the most caring teachers I have ever met. She cares about teaching her students how to do moves properly so they do not injure themselves. She cares about our families and our pets, too! She also loves to have a great time!
