I have a picky puppy and a picky old cat when it comes to food, and they have given me plenty of samples to try for each of them - thankfully! My cat *attempted* to try 8 different samples, and only like the 9th one (of course). My puppy on the other hand, who is a little over one year old - still only eats the Fromm puppy food, not the adult version (of course)! I've never used the grooming services or self serve bath, but they are usually busy! While I used to bring my puppy here, as he got older he started to bark at everything, so I now leave him at home, but I love seeing all the well behaved pets! We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them.
