I asked about extra services and was told that since it was going to be such a busy weekend that he wouldn't need anything, and she talked me out of the extras. When I picked him up, I was shocked at how badly he smelled of urine. There is no doubt that they just left him to lay in his own urine the whole time I was gone. The smell was so bad that I had to drive home with the windows down and then took him straight into the shower when we arrived. I don't know if he got any attention or if he was actually let out at all. The urine smell suggests that he wasn't. They could have done so much better. I would not recommend that anyone leave their pets here.

Our three dogs go there for spa services, day care, and overnights with our frequent travels. They will sometimes pick them up at our home and we have tremendous trust in them to care for our priceless pets. I came here for three reasons: 1) I have a dog that pulls on the leash and she was able to fit my corgi properly with a harness (because I was certain I was doing it wrong.) and she gave me tips and encouragement to continue training for better behaviors. 2) I am super picky about ingredients in dog food and treats and she was able to give me a ton of insight to confirm my research and suggest some things to pay attention to. 3) Lastly, my dog is a chewer and I have been scared that most options out there have the risk of tooth breakage.
